The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself.



Directed by Marc Forster and starring Brad Pitt, Mireille Enos, Matthew Fox, James Badge Dale and David Morse, World War Z is set to hit theatres on June 21, 2013 (click HERE to see worldwide release dates).

i really don't fancy this film,you can't make a zombie film without blood & violence.

the official trailer showed no blood at all.

I love zombies, zombies are life, but super zombies are meh =/

they could've gone more walking dead, but it seems like they went more resident evil... will probably suck.

Kinda got the feeling it doesn't need it.

That is perhaps the stupidest Super Bowl Movie Spot I've ever seen. You literally have no clue what the [frick] it's about. It says nothing about Zombies. If I had no clue about WWZ, I'd say this is a sequel to I am Legend.

It was a great novel, although I'm not sure how this will in any way resemble it... There was no central character to the book, it was a collection of interviews with survivors after the "war" had ended, so it was essentially a bunch of great, diverse zombie short stories set in the same universe.

EXACTLY!i keep seeing people on here freaking out about it. in the book you just got different takes of how the zombie invasion affected different parts of the world.that would not be a good movie for sure. i like what theyre doing and letting you actually see how it all went down.

for the people complaining about the ad itself. those 30 seconds cost them around 4 million dollars and it will be seen by about 100 million people who probably havent even seen the first trailer. doesnt matter if you like it or not. by the time the super bowl is over the amount of people that know about this movie will triple in size. theyd win if it was just the title on the screen for 30 seconds.

The moment the guy at the end said "we don't know" I wanted to scream "you guys don't watch movies?".

This movie is based on a book based on movies.

I loved the book and I am trying really hard to be optimistic about the movie but so far it looks like a crapfest.
