Latino Review's Elmayimbe has, over the past few months, proved to be as reliable a source as any; but how will fans react to the next scoop from his sources?

If El is to be believed Gal Gadot's big screen Wonder Woman will consist of armour, but still looks great.

Jollem - 1/6/2014, 6:24 PM
stray from classic design? wow, that would be the first time something like this ever happened!!
Kurne - 1/6/2014, 6:24 PM
That's what I've expected all along, maybe with a ceremonial robe or some shit.

This should be good.
LordMushu - 1/6/2014, 6:24 PM
I hate him
ndwwrestler2 - 1/6/2014, 6:26 PM
I've never thought the Classic Design would work in the movies.

Hopefully It's something good at least.
Knightrider - 1/6/2014, 6:27 PM
Good! Pay homage to the comic suit, but you can't put it on screen, it looks awful.

I hope it is a mix of the Mystical and Roman Warrior. She has to look and act like a badass warrior, which her comic book look doesn't really do.
ForeverPowerful - 1/6/2014, 6:27 PM
Thank you god.
Kurne - 1/6/2014, 6:28 PM
Harry Lennox -

"Wonder Woman?"

Some random -

"The female alien, sir-- Wonder Woman... That's what they're calling her."

And boom, never have to mention it again :P

Can't wait for the Wonder Woman vs Faora battles/arguments.
thebearjew - 1/6/2014, 6:34 PM
it'll look bad ass
Snyder will make sure it looks incredible
GuardianAngel - 1/6/2014, 6:36 PM
Hopefully we get something like this.

kevberg - 1/6/2014, 6:37 PM
Sh@t excuses.

Marvel can get close, faithful costumes. Yet WB doesnt have the balls. surprises surprise. or will be because Gadot can't get in shape for the role in time?

we'll see.
mcminnjb1990 - 1/6/2014, 6:38 PM
I figured that would be the case im betting its gonna be a little less armor than faora had
Knightrider - 1/6/2014, 6:38 PM
I get the feeling Wonder Woman will be Kryptonian.

She'll perhaps be a watered down version, maybe the one that crash landed all those years ago, although considering they left the birthing chamber, maybe they are a mix of human and alien.

I actually wouldn't mind this, if they did somehow work this person I to actual events of human history.

If they don't go that route, maybe they will take the Thor approach and make out an advanced races technology was mistaken for the magical many years ago, so they became myths.
Kurne - 1/6/2014, 6:40 PM
@kevberg

What have you DONE!!!!!!
kevberg - 1/6/2014, 6:43 PM
She'll be afraid to get too heavy or buff, because she'll be afraid she wont get roles AFTER this. So she'll be a twiggy girl afraid to eat a sammich and look un-healthy.

just saying. If im wrong i'll say it. but im betting it'll be almost a all-over body armor that hides her frame.

Knightrider - 1/6/2014, 6:43 PM
@Kevberg Marvel has taken a fair amount of stick for having faithful costumes E.G. Captain America's costume in The Avengers was very faithful, yet was slated by a large group of people.

Granted they have had more success than failures when they have put costumes on screen, but I can't believe you would argue for the use of WW's comic costume on screen.

Plus, like comics, movies are another interpretation of a character and, in my opinion, be different in a number of ways, keeps it new and exciting rather than someone we perhaps have already seen.

However, I do see your point
kevberg - 1/6/2014, 6:43 PM
@kume what do you mean kemosabe.
facelaser - 1/6/2014, 6:46 PM
@Knightrider

Stop that.
kevberg - 1/6/2014, 6:48 PM
@ knightrider

ABSOLUTELY I'll argue for her costume...but which one is the question. I will argue for STYLISTIC cues.

Supes Costume still is RECOGNIZABLE as Superman. As Much as I hate the segmented armor...Batman is still BATMAN.

Prove to me that CAPs costume was "slated by a large group of people...." under what measure or poll?

But if they just chuck it. Screw that. I want it to at least RESEMBLE aspect of her comics counterpart or why are we calling her Wonder Woman?

Jollem - 1/6/2014, 6:49 PM
what kevberg is trying to say is that he hopes bloodsport is in the movie. he kind of idolizes him and his values
Interestein - 1/6/2014, 6:49 PM
I hope she gets noticebly bigger. I always dreamed of a 6'8, 225lb Wonder Woman, bringing us a true Amazonian warrior. Others may disagree.
kevberg - 1/6/2014, 6:50 PM
BTW...if anyone who has seen me post, I LIKE DC comics its not MARVEL vs DC thing.

Its a " DC BE BOLD, Damn it! " Thing.
MrCBM56 - 1/6/2014, 6:51 PM
Did anyone expect less? Of course it will look dope.
kevberg - 1/6/2014, 6:52 PM
No. Im saying Jollem is a pee-rick . Sorry you cant like the US, I however, am not ashamed.
Custer28 - 1/6/2014, 6:52 PM
Elmayimbe? I Do Not Believe!
ManCalledSting - 1/6/2014, 6:54 PM
Eh Maybe???? When did the internets pooper scooper become reliable?
kevberg - 1/6/2014, 6:54 PM
B TW, Jollem I dont watch fahking Van Damme movies.
whoa123 - 1/6/2014, 6:54 PM
I trust Mayimbe more than that Jett guy, hope it looks like this.
BritishMonkey - 1/6/2014, 6:55 PM
Honestly I hope this is for once true. Wondy could do with something better.
Jollem - 1/6/2014, 6:55 PM
i'm ashamed of the 'murican government most of the time. the people are awesome. usually. if they're not racist, coward pricks and the such
ManCalledSting - 1/6/2014, 6:56 PM
Also, DUHHHHHHH! Her classic suit won't work in live action. In hoping for something that's a cross between the classic, and roman type armor.
kevberg - 1/6/2014, 6:56 PM
and Jollem.. if were talking the comics.. the john Byrne character was Turd Custard..like your breath.
Jollem - 1/6/2014, 6:56 PM
bloodsport is a dc character
MexicanSuperman - 1/6/2014, 7:01 PM
@kevberg, I like how marvel has Hawkeye wearing his mask and Thor wearing his helmet throughout the films they show up in. Also, have you seen a little movie called Man of Steel? That movie had a different but similar Superman costume to the comics. Nowhere does this article say that Wonder Woman will wear a full body armor suit, it's probably going to be Greek/Roman style armor suit. This is a Zack Snyder movie, and all his cbm have a faithful costume with his own spin on them.
