"It would be great to have one in the Marvel system. It would be great to have more than even Scarlett (Johansson as Black Widow) because Black Widow was still ‘wear the spandex and push your boobs up, this is a man’s world," She considered.

"I think what it’ll be is Wonder Woman. I think Wonder Woman is someone that might be able to walk in and do something really cool."

"A lot of the female characters are written that way in the comics, of being submissive, very sexually driven. They’re the kryptonite"

"I think Wonder Woman was one of those characters that really was a strong female character. The closest we’ve gotten to that is Catwoman with Michelle Pfeiffer."

When she was asked if she'd be the lead in her own superhero franchise the 16-year-old actress said "For sure, if it’s the right role,"

Batmaniac - 1/17/2014, 3:54 PM
Chloe Moretz would make a badass Barbara Gordon/Batgirl.
dracula - 1/17/2014, 3:58 PM
she should play batgirl or supergirl
NovaCorpsFan - 1/17/2014, 3:59 PM
I love being a few months older than her, while JDwyler has to wait til she's of age before he can reveal his true desires.
Deadpoolwithcomicsans - 1/17/2014, 3:59 PM
*sigh*

In a world where girl's drag their boyfriends to Twilight. To pretend that their boyfriend was Edward Cullen, while their real boyfriend sits next to them waiting for the movie to end. I don't give a shit that they pick big Breasted women in movies where EVERYONE is running around in snug spandex
Brainiac13 - 1/17/2014, 4:03 PM
@Batmaniac

[frick]...yeah.....BATGIRL!
sameoldthing - 1/17/2014, 4:05 PM
There could be a handful of superheroes she could play.
I would like to see her as a young female VILLAIN.
That would be sweet.
marvel72 - 1/17/2014, 4:05 PM
we're gonna have scarlet witch soon chloe.
SuperCat - 1/17/2014, 4:08 PM
Guess I can agree with her. I just hope we get the arrogant princess warrior for Wonder Woman.
anthonyEstark - 1/17/2014, 4:14 PM
Yeah DC, take her and make her Batgirl! She's not too old, Yet...
Ramiel - 1/17/2014, 4:16 PM
[frick] Batgirl! She should be Spider-Girl.
anthonyEstark - 1/17/2014, 4:20 PM
@AlphaFlexXxKO Actually, She is 16. Here's what Google says: February 10, 1997 (age 16)
BaneSmash - 1/17/2014, 4:22 PM

MericawithanM - 1/17/2014, 8:02 PM
I don't get why feminists/some female actresses get all butthurt about tight costumes lol. it's super heroines, not nuns.
CPBuff22 - 1/17/2014, 8:02 PM
Miss Marvel, Moondragon, Phalla Vel, Gammora, Mira Hill, etc and so forth.
PsyGuy - 1/17/2014, 8:13 PM
I'm sorry but what???

These days not really any of the female superheroes are "sexually driven" or submissive. And male superheroes are just as sexy as female ones.

Maybe she just reads Golden age comics...
113 - 1/17/2014, 8:20 PM
I'd sign her up for Supergirl. By the time they expand the DCCU enough for that character to make sense to introduce she'll be old enough to really make it work.
JoshuaDBr - 1/17/2014, 8:24 PM
Find the right role DC, NOW! (Perhaps super girl?)
LunarLt - 1/17/2014, 8:32 PM
she's talking about a solo female movie... look how bad supergirl, elektra, or catwoman was.. those were crap... and thats what she's saying... supporting roles or small roles like black widow or future scarlett witch... mmmh.until we see a solo wonder woman, solo black widow. etc etc than good. until then batgirl it is in a young justice movie.
jojofmd - 1/17/2014, 8:41 PM
Wait, Wonder Woman isn't scantily clad? Seriously give me a break. If they want people to watch a quality superhero movie with a female lead then they should make a good one. So far as LunarLt pointed out, they've been crap.
KingSilence - 1/17/2014, 9:03 PM
Is she serious? Michelle Pfieffer's catwoman was completely and totally sexually based, and she was very very sexual the entire time that she was catwoman.
Firgosaurus - 1/17/2014, 9:52 PM
Whatever.
mgeoff88 - 1/17/2014, 9:59 PM
Not that many female comic book characters are sexually driven. Black Cat and She-Hulk? Yes. Black Widow and Captain Marvel? No.
JediPhilosopher - 1/17/2014, 10:00 PM
WHoah, someone said Harley Quinn. Maybe that could work.. in a few years. I can see that. Or Bat-Girl I guess.
ChiliConCarney - 1/17/2014, 10:02 PM
Make it happen, Marvel!

JediPhilosopher - 1/17/2014, 10:04 PM
Someone is saying most female superhero movies have been crap. IMO, most superhero movies in general have either been crap or nowhere near as good as they should have been. The quality all around needs to be improved. And I really believe it starts with a focus on firstly, getting the characters right, building everything with that first and foremost in mind.
JediPhilosopher - 1/17/2014, 10:07 PM
Superheroes have much of the same reason for being "scantily clad" as gymnasts do. Flexibility. Nothing wrong with the human body, people!
JDeezNuts - 1/17/2014, 10:10 PM
I'm Here, am I too Late, I'm right here, Please [frick]in marry me, please.... oh god i'm too late, god dammit...
Humperdink - 1/17/2014, 10:13 PM
I don't think she reads comics.
Humperdink - 1/17/2014, 10:16 PM
She's just dropping a lot of buzzwords but female characters, especially the heroes/villains have come a looooong way from merely being submissive eye candy.

A majority of them are very dominant and even tougher than some of the males.
Granted, every now and then someone writes some very stupid and sexist drivel but they usually get called out for it right off.

This isn't the 1940's.

I think she's talking about Black Widow and Wonder Woman because that's about all she knows and that's from the films.
rabid - 1/17/2014, 10:28 PM
Don't they need a Cassie Lang for Ant-Man?
ninjamishi - 1/17/2014, 10:43 PM
Eye candy is used in almost every movie and yes woman get used as it, but men as well

SnapperCarr - 1/17/2014, 11:20 PM
It'll be Wonder Woman to be the leader for female superheroes.

Chloefornication - 1/18/2014, 3:40 AM
She would have been the perfect Gwen Stacy and Emma Stone as Mary Jane.
