Stana's impressions of doing voiceovers

Based on the Geoff Johns/Gary Frank 2008 release "Superman: Brainiac," SUPERMAN: UNBOUND finds the Man of Steel aptly handling day-to-day crime while helping acclimate Supergirl to Earth’s customs and managing Lois Lane’s expectations for their relationship. Personal issues take a back seat when the horrific force responsible for the destruction of Krypton – Brainiac – begins his descent upon Earth. Brainiac has crossed the universe, collecting cities from interesting planets – including Supergirl’s home city of Kandor – and now the all-knowing, ever-improving android has his sights fixed on Metropolis. Superman must summon all of his physical and intellectual resources to protect his city, the love of his life and his newly-arrived cousin.

Produced by Warner Premiere, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation, SUPERMAN: UNBOUND film arrives May 7, 2013 from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment as a Blu-ray™ Combo Pack, DVD, On Demand and for Digital Download.

Yup, most definitely buying this

I would not say the animation is shitty, I would say it's different.
Minotauro - 4/26/2013, 4:13 PM
@Scooby - You get a snack for seeing the brighter side of it.

i liked the movie, not the animation as much, too WB cartoonie, but her voice sucked for Lois. LOVED Braniac. any scene with him was great. and just so creepy. if it were done in the young justice/flashpoint looking style, with lighting effects and selective focus, it woulda been great. as least its nowhere near superman vs the elite. my fav is All Star Superman just for Lex.

THE MOVIE WAS AWESOME! The Animation kinda reminded me of Japanimation. Kinda. SHE IS SOOO HOT THOUGH. She shouldve played Talia In The Dark Knight Rises not that other idiot.
batesmotel - 4/26/2013, 4:51 PM
Holy shit she looks so fuggin hot with that short hair
prettynucIear - 4/26/2013, 5:51 PM
The voice actor for Supergirl would've made a perfect Mary Jane

Shamo - 4/26/2013, 6:14 PM
scrw superman. screw batman. screw the JL. why not make something that doesnt involve them for a change? or hell, even if you do, use it as a platform to introduce more characters to a wider audience via supporting cast.
Facade - 4/26/2013, 6:23 PM
Whoa, holy shit, Supes has one helluva pinhead on that long-ass neck.
SunfireUrA55 - 4/26/2013, 6:25 PM
Garbage Drawings!! Looks as bad as Bruce Timm's. Where is the team that does Young Justice at? Now that is TRUE art!
Phlegmbot - 4/26/2013, 6:43 PM
Funny, when they were first casting MoS, I said Stana should've been Lois in that.

Instead we have Adams, a fine actress with the wrong look and zero screen presence.
Zombie137 - 4/26/2013, 6:55 PM
The artwork for this movie is ATROCIOUS, they have been getting worse and worse. I didn't think Superman could look worse than he did in DOOM, but they did it.
RexDartEskimoSpy - 4/26/2013, 7:02 PM
Remember when these DC movies adapted the art style along with the story?

*sigh*
RexDartEskimoSpy - 4/26/2013, 7:04 PM
By the way, I don't think this style looks so bad - besides Superman's teensy head - but I'd love to see Gary Frank's Christopher Reeve-inspired desgn.
AUSSYACE - 4/26/2013, 7:15 PM
ALEXANDRA HETHERINGTON WOULD OF BEEN THE PERFECT MARY JANE PLUS SHE HAS THE REAL CURVES TO BOOT AS WELL...

REDSTORM - 4/26/2013, 8:20 PM
I loved it!

And to all the Marvel Vs DC trolls...

RexDartEskimoSpy - 4/26/2013, 10:48 PM
No, Jane Levy would be the perfect Mary Jane. But alas, we're getting a good actor instead of a pretty face.

TheSuperguy - 4/27/2013, 12:02 AM
Really looking forward to this. Between Superman Unbound, Superman Unchained, and Man of Steel, it looks to be the summer of Superman.
sameoldthing - 4/27/2013, 12:12 AM
Stana is a sexy chick..she needs to be in more films..R rated films..with her nude..nude in every scene. Roll credits.
Darantino - 4/27/2013, 12:54 AM
@ REDSTORM, I laughed so hard on this when it happened and at Brainiacs reaction! It must be a shock though for the censors to flip it like this in a cartoon. ;)
RPD - 4/27/2013, 1:14 AM
@BatesMotel Agreed...
GreenLanternFan - 4/27/2013, 7:17 AM
Yeah, I just watched the movie last night. Possibly my favorite of the Superman animated movies (the only one that might beat it is All-Star Superman). The animation is done in YJ style, but I think it looks really sharp. Though Superman's head being really tall and narrow was a little strange, but I consider that a very minor complaint. I was especially impressed that the movie had dialogue between two female characters about something other than a man (a situation that is more rare than you might expect...seriously, think about it) not once, but TWICE!
retr0g0dfather - 4/27/2013, 8:22 AM
It's a really good movie, I liked a lot better than SUPERMAN VS THE ELITE. The animation is good as well.

She was awesome as Lois. Once again Andrea Romano hits it out of the park with both Nathan Fillion's fellow Castle stars.

Could Stana play Wonder Woman? Hmmm.
