Hal Jordan is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. With the encouragement of fellow pilot and childhood sweetheart Carol Ferris, if Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax…he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.

Green Lantern is set to be released in 3D on June 17, later this year!

The second pic gives me deja-vu but I'll ignore if for now. Well I can't wait for the second trailer. It better show more constructs, more action, more of the King of Awesome aka Mark strong, and Parallax! :)

All we've gotten since the teaser is a bunch pictures for toys, a teaser for the video game, and covers from kids books. The full trailer next month better surprise a lot of people.

They usually start interviews closer to the release date. Marvel has a habit of blowing their wads early, it doesn't mean Green Lantern is behind. It means Marvel shows as much as possible as early as possible, which isn't always a good thing.

Hal Jordan's white gloves are to his Green Lantern garb what The Dude's beloved rug is to The Dude's room... It really tied the uniform together.

THOR i feel like theres not much to see in the end by and large they covered many of the action beats. i have faith in this film, too much rides on it not to have a decent product, but i can see the reverse argument (look at TRANSFORMERS)

NO offense DC but Marvel has been releasing NEW stuff. Hell even the artwork that was released was of stuff we havn't seen before loki promo pic. I like seeing movies as fresh as possible, the 5-minute teaser revealed way more than I wanted to know. Almost a year before the movie's release. And to your post about if they didn't want you to shit on the CG they'd improve it... That's what they're doing. Do you think about things you say or do you just get enraged and post dickhole comments when you see a DC character's name? Just sit back and wait for the movie.

I hope and pray gl is amazing; however, any unbiased person must find the evidence brought by WB has not exactly been "wow". I hope my opinion changes and I will see it but im not sold Im just a believer. I herby order WB to release a great trailer and start a movieverse. I also order intruder get a beer for making sense and you to rascoe for atleast using a soild argument. Case closed.

Seriously, movie doesn't hit theaters till mid June.I don't personally don't wanna see GL promoted, till at least mid-April. So I'm pretty happy with Wb's plan so far. Everyone on here complaining about this movie, is wasting their time. Any real CBM fan will be there to support this. That is, unless your a marvel zombie. Then you just hop on web sites like these, and bash GL and anything DC. Haters gonna Hate. I obviously prefer DC over Marvel, but I'm still gonna be at the mid night showing for GL and Thor.

On a serious note I like DC alot I grew up on bats and supes. Ive only read a few comics (kingdom come, tdkr, red son and civil war). GL is an amazing character and the movie has alot of talent. So, IT should be great and if it is I wont be surprised. Im just saying all they've show has just been alright and not living up to the potential. Im not hyped for this movie yet but I want to be. So please WB blow my doors off.

I don't get this sense of entitlement that fanboys have now. Very soon now we'll be seeing a full trailer, then on the verge of release we'll probably see a second trailer. That's usually how it goes. Teasers come early. Full trailers don't come along until closer to a films release. And I get the feeling that the lack of promotional photos recently has a lot to do with them taking their time, and putting as much work into making the CG look as amazing as possible before they're ready to show it off again.
