"Captain America: The First Avenger" will focus on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) and Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell) to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull (Hugo Weaving.)

With an all star cast which includes Chris Evans as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as Bucky, Hugo Weaving as Red Skull, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, Tommy Lee Jones as Col. Chester Phillips, Stanley Tucci as Abraham Erskine and Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Captain America: The First Avenger will be released in 3D on July 22, later this year!

The movie theater? Probably at the first Stark Expo where Steve sees news reel footage which inspires him to join WW2. Geez I almost feel like I've seen this movie already.

early buzz says this is as good as if not better than iron man.

if that is true,we're in for something rather special.

Thought the GL trailers were great except for the first one. I'm even apart of the few that actually enjoyed the film. However, I still remain skeptical about Captain America and I'll remain skeptical until the film hopefully proves otherwise. Just don't prematurely ejaculate to this movie, not without seeing it.

Yeah, but I still feel like he is inconsistently small...

He's smallest in the 1st pic, then he is obviously taller in pic 2, and skinnier in pic 3.

Looks really awesome all-around.

The image of Cap behind Peggy is so campy that it's awesome.



Who the hell is the guy shaking Steve's hand? I saw him before in another shot too.



This could be the scene where Steve sketches his idea for the Cap suit and then shows it to Howard later on.

Seriously, how are they going to address the fact that Steve and Peggy DO have some business time? We need to know that they are madly in love before he goes away at the end, don't we? That becomes pretty important in the Avengers....especially if Sharon Carter comes along....
