Lupita Nyong'o Stuns In New Photoshoot; Reveals Favourite STAR WARS Characters
We still know nothing about the Oscar winning 12 Years A Slave actress' role in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but can we assume she shares scenes with her favourite couple of metallic characters at least? Plus, check out some snaps from her Lucky Magazine shoot.
Lupita Nyong'o's role in J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: The Force Awakens remains a mystery. It was her character that was said to have provided the voice-over for the movie's second trailer, but there has been some doubts as to whether or not the description we got for that is authentic. If it is, it certainly sounds like she might be a villain (possibly even a Sith) but obviously we can only speculate at this point.
One thing we do know thanks to an older interview with Vogue Magazine, is that her favourite characters in the film are saga mainstays R2-D2 and C-3PO. "They just resonated with me. Being able to convey emotions with just a few digital sounds - it speaks of good storytelling," she tells the mag. "It's a wonderful opportunity to be working in these fantastical realms. They're worlds away from 12 Years a Slave, that's for sure, but that kind of diversity is what dreams are made of." Who do you think Lupita will be playing?
