The first movie nailed the Turtles and their characterizations/interactions perfectly.
It was everything else that failed miserably. I hope that a new director and writers, plus some impressive casting now make this a much better film that its predecessor. I'm still keeping expectations low, but fingers crossed.

The mask is fine even though it's a little to big and it would look better with hair, too bad that it's worn by a charisma vacuum. Amell, Fox, Earth to Echo guy and Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec, this has no chance in hell of being good.

I feel like they cast Amell yo just act like his arrow character...wanted him cause he looked badass as arrow but not because he fits the
Characterization of Casey...mayyyy be half assing Casey jones. Hopefully we see some physical of Casey with his traditional wardrobe soon

The thing is everything with these movies is going to be wayyyyy over the top, everything is taken to he extreme hopefully they don't mess up bebop and rocksteady like they did with a horrible shredder story line in the last one

At the moment, this movie looks like a pile of horse shit. Let's cancel this movie and reboot it with these designs and a decent director on board, with no Bay attached.

Not that it's necessary, but there's no way in hell Raphael and Casey Jones are gonna fight, since the turtle's look like Shrek's roided out long lost cousins. Hell, they don't even need weapons; all they have to do is grab some shit and throw it or just punch something. They really [frick]ed up these guys up in the first one.

The whole charm of the turtles are that they are underdogs, giving them super powers makes them less interesting.

Dude, what the [frick]. Am I the only one seeing this? Leonardo and Raphael look like they were sent to prison and had to work out to fight for their virginity. I pray to God they cancel this movie and just reboot it in years to come.

I'm pretty sure if they were to give Batman a pink cowl and the movie made more than a couple of other movies, you'd be complaining and boycotting it and wouldn't just ignore it. It's what we got, it's not going away. They aren't going to cancel it the first one made too much money. Might as well roll with it and embrace it. The movie could have been less transformersy and the story sucked but it's what we got. The new cartoon isn't that great either and who knows maybe they learned from the last one and this one will be great

@MrPagBrewster They had the tone down-packed. Megan Fox & Will Arnett are the only actors I can think of that really soiled that film.
The cinematography, What about it?
