I'm still firm with my decision that LOGAN LERMAN is the perfect actor for Pete/Spidey, but this guy has something. He does give off the vibe of Peter a bit.

DO IT MARVEL. If you aren't willing to give Lerman a chance, then Holland is a good choice.

Teenager again? Last time I checked very late 20's and 30's played "high school spiderman". We actually are getting someone that is the right age and will stay young looking for awhile. We never reslly had a Spiderman in high school.

I would like him as he looks like the type of kid that isn't anything special. I liked Garfield, but just felt he was "Too Cool" for the uncool kid. He was smart, athletic, flirting with one of the hottest girls in school all before he was bitten. I never got the sense of duality that he struggles to be the person he wants to be unless he has a mask on.

Doing fancy flips means scrap in today's Hollywood. Look what they did with a pregnant Scarlet Johansson in AOU. I'll take acting ability over flips any day. It's always a plus to be able to do more but if the other guy can do better acting-wise then screw Holland
