One of my growing problems with this movie is that these characters haven't aged one bit since First Class. Granted Wolverine ages extremely slow, but 20 years have passed in the movie universe and they look the same.

The more Rose Byrne this movie has the better. In fact let's spin off some of the great X-men characters that can't hardly get any screen time into an Excalibur franchise and have Moira serve as a Prof X type to them.

Magneto and Xavier are supposed to be in their mid to late 40's now, Beast in his 30's and Mystique doesn't really age. Its a bit of a stretch but not by a whole lot.

@Ryguy88, "buttlickers" lol you went straight up grade school on us there. Marvel movies are my favorite (if you have to label me) but my tastes aren't limited to the MCU. I used to be a big fan of the X-Men movies, but their lack of continuity, sensible timelines and butchering of source material has since turned me away.

Somewhere in a dark room, Bryan Singer is laughing at the fact that some people are actually defending the look of Apocalypse. He's not a dumb guy. He probably knows it looks like crap. But for some reason, he seems to be phoning it in with this movie.

What's sad is that I could not read the character's dogtag (in close-up during the army base scene), and so I did not realize he was Stryker until the very last scene.
