Paul Blackthorne (Quentin Lance) has posted the following behind-the-scenes snap for the set of Arrow season 4, giving us a look at Stephen Amell unmasked as Green Arrow, and former True Blood alum Rutina Wesley as a very formidable looking Liza Warner, who was known as Lady Cop in the DC Comics. She'll be a part of the Anti-Vigilante Task Force assigned to take down Oliver Queen when he returns to Starling City.
Arrow returns to the CW on October 7.
