This shit is more awkwardly paced than a porno starring Helen Keller.

Remember when people complained that the superman movie had no fun in it?
Or when people enjoyed all the dancing and singing in these disney kids movies?

yea get over it.

Movie is going to own next weekend.

Haters will be mad at the box office onslaught that's about to happen

Transformers rule !!!
Pending - 6/17/2014, 10:16 PM
So the big change to this one as compared to the others is more kid friendly? Eh, as long as it means a good movie. Does Bumblebee just like being mute? Strange how they never address it.
Patrick2274 - 6/17/2014, 10:17 PM
What the f*ck was in that "cage", some kind of animal or monster ?
batz11 - 6/17/2014, 10:22 PM
I'm looking forward to this movie, probably drive me crazy at times, but also probably entertaining, as many of Bay's films are for me...trick is, go in knowing it's just a summer, popcorn flick based off cool toys, that way, your head won't explode when scenes like this happen...oh, and NnnniiiCccoooLllaaa...
ComicsBornAndBred - 6/17/2014, 10:23 PM
Why??????
superotherside - 6/17/2014, 10:24 PM
Oh boy...

Not even...

Why do they have to have humans? It's these movies that make me hate my own race. LOL
batz11 - 6/17/2014, 10:25 PM
Yeah, wouldn't mind a 'no human' movie eventually...
Humperdink - 6/17/2014, 10:28 PM
The big question for me is will they bring back the illiterate gold-toothed Ghetto-bots or at least explain where they are?

It just won't feel like 'Transformers' without some off-putting stereotyped characters in the mix.

R.I.P. Jazz.

Movie is going to own next weekend.

Undoubtedly.

The one thing you can be certain of, is that this film will make a lot of money no manner how good or bad it is.
batz11 - 6/17/2014, 10:31 PM
@nail, haha...think I'm gonna do an editorial of my theories on the psychology behind "Firsters"...I truly don't understand or comprehend the need to be first on a thread, much less announce it to what end? Better yet, make no further comments after that, haha...Freud books, here I come...
Scorpion8125 - 6/17/2014, 10:42 PM
He is doing the dancing in the face of the weak minded moron lemmings who will make this a billion dollar hit.

The studio execs are laffing their collective as$es off as they dance under the banner that says, "4th time in a row this scam worked!! ROFLMGDAO!!!!"

ISleepNow - 6/17/2014, 10:43 PM
wtf was with the big alien monster at 0:30 ?
mgeoff88 - 6/17/2014, 10:45 PM
That's way too much cheese. Also, how could Bumblebee still not talk? You would think his voice box would be repaired or replaced by now.
Spidey91 - 6/17/2014, 10:47 PM
to be fair, he also did that in the Transformers Prime cartoon.
NostalgicYouth - 6/17/2014, 10:47 PM
The reason why they aren't going to make a "no human" transformers movie; is because that would mean there wouldn't be an excuse for the stories to take place on earth, which would mean more CGI, which would result in a bigger budget, which would mean for paramount, no bueno.
nailbiter111 - 6/17/2014, 10:48 PM
batz11 - i would read that
nailbiter111 - 6/17/2014, 10:50 PM

NostalgicYouth - is right. until CGI is cheaper to produce these films MUST have scenes with humans to keep the budgets down. same goes with planet hulk. i'm sure marvel wants to do it, but can't afford it. so, they'll probably do it, but have scenes with mark ruffalo instead of hulk all the time.
BboiBlack - 6/17/2014, 10:57 PM
The humans are there cause all live action big budget hollywood movies are about humans. Every single one of them. From avatar to avengers to Jurassic...
Bay isn't going to re-invent the wheel with this much on the line. What's next the transformers themselves hit the world premiere red carpet and late night circuit?

It's different with cartoons but then again, all of those are sold to kids and families first and foremost. No non Human TF films, shareholders won't let something that stupid happen.
Mercwitham0uth - 6/17/2014, 11:08 PM
@AgentZero

Transformers do rule.

Unfortunately Bayformers suck ass.
Devastation - 6/17/2014, 11:09 PM
I can't wait to see that Bumblebee dancing scene. It looks so hilarious and I love the music playing during it. The Transformers themselves look to be getting much more solid characterizations this time around. Love that bit at the end with Hound and Crosshairs on Lockdown's ship. Haha. This movie is going to be so damn awesome.

@NostalgicYouth: Michael Bay recently mentioned in an interview that he believes an all-robot film is possible in the future.

@Mercwitham0uth: And that is not a universal fact, so don't treat it like one. That's your opinion.
sKeemAn - 6/17/2014, 11:11 PM
4 movies in and Bumblebee still can't talk. At least he looks cool.
EthanSmith - 6/17/2014, 11:34 PM
The movie looks decent. That scene was weird, though. But the "You've got to be kidding me" made me laugh.
NostalgicYouth - 6/17/2014, 11:37 PM
@Devastation Be as that may, I looked at the behind the scenes of Tranformers Revenge of the Fallen (yes, I really bought the movie on dvd) but anyway, the visual effect teams computer's crashed while working on the devastater (no pun intended). Now just imagine them trying to bring Unicron to life let alone a whole transformers planet.
RobtimusPrime - 6/17/2014, 11:46 PM
Loathe I am to admit it, humor has to be in these movies. Too many kids in the seats to go all, "Nolan" on these films.
staypuffed - 6/17/2014, 11:51 PM
"There won't be any goofiness in this one. We went a bit too goofy [on the last one]."
- direct Michael Bay quote from November 2013
MrSuperheromoviefan - 6/17/2014, 11:56 PM

This movie is bad for the health
RobtimusPrime - 6/17/2014, 11:59 PM
What I would like to see is a direct to video series of animated films. Separate from the theatrical release & any cartoon they run. With a more "Transformers" focus. Similar in tone to the 80's comics. Aimed at the Transformers fans who grew up (and old) with this franchise. A hard PG13. The way, Marvel & DC have their animated films.

Going into this movie expecting it to be a visual spectacle and a corny, plot-hole filled, at times totally inappropriate for the kids in the audience, train wreck. I hope I'm pleasantly shocked.

RoadDogXXIV - 6/18/2014, 12:13 AM
John Goodman's voice at the end was nice! :D
BoneSawIsReady - 6/18/2014, 12:27 AM
The one gag that would make it cool is Bee blasting some Marky Mark tunes.
RobtimusPrime - 6/18/2014, 12:45 AM
@ BoneSawIsReady

Damn! That shit would crack me up!
