The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. ''WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS TELLING ME WHAT TO DO''Alan sounds great as Raph

After I saw TF4, I am staying away from anything related to Bay. This looks like garbage from the very first trailer. The turtles' designs look horrendous and the whole film itself looks like nothing like the cartoons we grew up with, just a pointless money grab. My opinion though. Seeing "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" tonight and looking forward to it.

People still comparing this movie to the cartoons and older movies...geez...time to let go people...movie looks like it will be a lot of fun. Can't wait to see it.
BatmanFTW - 7/17/2014, 1:21 AM
This looks awesome and I can't wait. Also, a lot of ppl were hating on the fact that the turtles looked huge next to Megan Fox who's actually pretty short. But you can tell when they're next to foot clan soldiers they're pretty close
word1one - 7/17/2014, 1:25 AM
The beatboxing in the elevator is worth the price of admission alone!!! Lmao. You guys are only concerned with their appearance and not the quality of the story, action, or characterizations...
Nightmare12 - 7/17/2014, 1:29 AM
This looks so good... people are INSANE for doubting this.... (The original TMNT movie was my favorite movie as a kid)
RangerStorm44 - 7/17/2014, 1:32 AM
@word1one I don't see why that looks impressive and a huge improvement over the unfinished designs they only way this could get anymore amazing is if I see a Mutated Boar or Rhino in a cage ;)or the technodrome
mmadadamm - 7/17/2014, 1:32 AM
I'm still not sold on Knoxville as Leonardo
JackRyan9859 - 7/17/2014, 1:32 AM
why watermark the trailer like you own it? Isn't that illegal since it's property of Paramount and Nickelodeon???

FightAs0ne - 7/17/2014, 1:49 AM
@TrevorPhillips I never thought that show could annoy me more. You have changed that status sir.
Humperdink - 7/17/2014, 1:52 AM
Well...it looks pretty...fun?

Hmmm, I think I actually want to see it now.
IronAngelX - 7/17/2014, 2:00 AM
I so wanted to hate on this movie from the moment of its conception...but I really really want to see this movie.
Humperdink - 7/17/2014, 2:02 AM
@DawnOfJustice

I know, right?
The jokes aren't even lame and stale like I assumed.

I won't be too hard on my self about it though.
Hollywood has made me very cynical.
Dangermouse78 - 7/17/2014, 2:17 AM
This actually looks like its going to be a lot of fun and more importantly FUNNY! Every clip that has a comedic element to it completely works even in the short clips. Mikey appears to be nailed by the voice actor as well.

I think some people may need to be prepared to change their views, instead of blindly sticking to them because they don't want to appear as though they were potentially wrong about this film. Nothing I've seen so far makes me think this film will be awful as so many on here have said.
NeoBaggins - 7/17/2014, 2:23 AM
I'm a little distracted by how big they are, but this looks too damn fun. 3D fa sho.
sjoerdo0 - 7/17/2014, 2:33 AM
i liked the turtles look for the first time i saw them already and if we get this poster as blu-ray cover and the film is good ILL BUY IT

soforizo - 7/17/2014, 2:56 AM
Best TV spot! Love it!
Ceejay - 7/17/2014, 2:58 AM
@venom0706 - The cartoons you "grew up with" were also a "Pointless money grab" since they were kiddie versions of the original comics that were a whole lot more violent and totally underground press.

Stay away from all things Bay related if you like but this looks like fun and Bay didn't even direct it. This was made by the guy who did Texas Chainsaw 2006 and Battle Los Angeles.

Can you imagine? That'd be awesome. Bebop and Rocksteady need to be in a potential sequel. All this is very nostalgic as it is.
soforizo - 7/17/2014, 3:06 AM
@Ceejay

I don't remember a Bay movie that looked as fun and funny as this one. Maybe he has had some, but this sure looks to have better humor than anything I've seen out of Bay of late.
Shaq - 7/17/2014, 3:08 AM
this looks like a steaming giant pile of shit
Nitric - 7/17/2014, 4:40 AM
Hahaha Donatellos voice when he sees they have guns. More excited for this movie everyday. Wish we had some more info on the guy in the shadows and the super shredder
baszs - 7/17/2014, 4:53 AM
I like it!
RangerStorm44 - 7/17/2014, 5:04 AM
@Nitric Jonathan Liebsman:
William Fichtner isn't Shredder. He's Eric Sachs. Shredder is played by another actor. He's not all CG. You see him without his armor on. When he's in the armor, there's an actor, but he's been augmented. Like in "Iron Man," it's CGI.
CASH - 7/17/2014, 5:28 AM
First in line for sure! And with my best friend who saw the very first TMNT live action movie with me in theaters. Good times… LOL We are 9 all over again.
BlackWarrior - 7/17/2014, 5:30 AM

RangerStorm44 - 7/17/2014, 6:00 AM

EzioKenway1225 - 7/17/2014, 6:01 AM
this does looks pretty fun..MUCH better then i expected it..could still be a shit film like all 4 Transformers film but so far..it looks good..
PeterParker1991 - 7/17/2014, 6:13 AM
Meh.. warming up to this a little. Not much though. Regardless of whether Bay is directing or not he's still involved and that's honestly what scares me.
GL - 7/17/2014, 6:25 AM
You guys shouldn't expect some Dark Knight quality superhero film. This movie just like TF is for entertainment and money. They're just feeding off the success of the cartoon by making a movie(s). Don't expect much from this. It's going to be entertaining as hell though.
jondoe297 - 7/17/2014, 6:35 AM
Well they said the magic words Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Nitric - 7/17/2014, 6:44 AM
@rangerstorm44 Thanks. Yea i figured as much since when i bought my nephew some toys from the new movie i looked on the back and shredder looked more traditional. Less armor and you can see the skin on his arms. Hoping the makeshift iron man suit doesnt look like silver samurai in wolverine and at some point it is more traditional.
Nitric - 7/17/2014, 6:46 AM
@Blackwarrior DON'T READ IF YOU DONT WANT SPOILERS.................................. yea he was, read somewhere on a review from one of the screenings that they find out at some point that their shells are bulletproof.
Steelers4190 - 7/17/2014, 7:02 AM
Seems like a lot of tunes are changing for people about this movie haha.
TheBrownHornet - 7/17/2014, 7:08 AM
Looks surprisingly good.
Dedpool - 7/17/2014, 7:23 AM
Yeah definitely feeling this!!
