Will Next STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS Trailer Include Han, Luke & Leia?

Multiple sources for multiple websites are all in agreement that the second trailer for J.J. Abram's Star Wars: The Force Awakens will debut with Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age Of Ultron, but they don't all agree on appearances for Luke, Han and Leia.

After the 88-second teaser trailer for J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: The Force Awaken was released some fans complained because the footage only showcased the franchise' new blood instead of classic characters like Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher). In time, Oscar Isaac's 'Poe Dameron,' Daisy Ridley's 'Rey,' and John Boyega's 'Finn' could become household names as Han, Luke and Leia are, but as of right now they're just funny looking names that we quabble over pronuciation.

With that first trailer out of the way we of course look forward to the next one. But, when will it arrive? Looks like everyone will have to keep their anticipation in check until May. That is when Marvel's soon-to-be blockbuster, Avengers: Age Of Ultron is released. Disney, who owns Marvel, will definitely want to attached a Star Wars trailer to Avengers 2 as their Star Wars target audience will see it... which is everyone!

Every site is in agreement on when the second trailer will be deployed, but they're not all in agreement on the trailer's content. In the past two days, Latino-Review reported that
the second trailer will provide us with our first look at Luke, Han, Leia, and even Chewbacca. While Germain Lussier of Slash Film has heard the opposite from his sources. "We SPECIFICALLY heard the original cast WON'T be featured in the marketing," Lussier tweeted. "I heard they want to keep their roles a surprise, and the series isn't about them anymore." Sources for comicbook.com are in agreement with Lussier's report.

Could we really have a second trailer without the classic heroes? Seems almost unthinkable. Would that bother you? Or, are you looking forward to embracing the newcomers?

Star Wars: Episode VII - Actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o and Gwendoline Christie will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in the new film. It's being directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan and Abrams. Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk are producing, and John Williams returns as the composer. The movie opens worldwide on December 18, 2015.
