Looks cool, and we all knew about the raptor/pratt relationship but really? A prehistoric animal built to kill is gonna "stand down" because another piece of food tells it to?? Ah shit what am I bitching about I'm gonna be watching a movie about genetically engineered dinosaurs if that believable then sure throw in trained raptors

Huh.

Well from what I could see (which isn't saying much) it looks worth watching.
I like Chris Pratt. I like dinosaurs. If anything, at least it should be fun!

I'm pretty sure we saw Pratt talk down a raptor though...
People will probably start flippin their lids any second now.

Not sure if many people noticed that the scientist Chris Pratt is talking to is B.D. Wong returning as Dr. Henry Wu the same scientist he played in Jurrasic Park. I just find that to be awesome a cool little easter egg to fans of the original movie. Compared to bringing in Dr. Grant or Ian Malcolm back into this movie even though it wouldn't make as much sense bringing back Dr. Henry Wu one of the leading engineers in recreating the dinosaurs makes a lot of sense.

You know, I really like Chris Pratt... but it seems in supporting roles only. Couldn't stand him in GOTG and it looks like I'll feel the same way about him here.

@dio AMEN! Jeez, one of my favorite video games of all time. Boss battles were sometimes a little retarded and the absolute worst camera controls along with Resident Evil were in that game but lord have mercy was it epic. I need to replay it. Hope they'll remake it in some fashion.

I think that at least some of this footage already leaked in November and then taken down soon thereafter. It was originally thought to be part of the Thanksgiving Day trailer but that was different. I remember the Henry Wu footage which was not included in the official trailer.

@Chloefornication - Ya know what I honestly never thought of it that way. I think I just also have that shit plot from the planned Jurassic Park 4 with the dino/humans as it makes me think of that.Plus I always like them as they were especially the kitchen scene in JP, really personified how deadly and crafty they are. And hey its not JP3 where Grant magically blows the exact right sounds on his little raptor flute and they back off.

That was the "Godzilla roar through the end of the trailer" thing they did there.

It did make the Godzilla trailer more intense though so I can see why they stole it. It almost sounded exactly like Godzilla.
