Tim Burton is a creature of habit. So, it comes as no surprise that Danny Elfman is collaborating on yet another Tim Burton film. By the way, did you know that only two of Tim Burton's films do not have music composed by Danny Elfman? Can you name them?

Dark Shadows also stars Helena Bonham-Carter, Michelle Pfeiffer, Eva Green, Chloe Moretz and Jackie Earle Haley. The film will be in theaters May 11th, 2012.

sounds great. Cant wait and Burton is a great director. Sure he has had a few misses (Alice, Wonka) but most of his stuff is great (Batman 1/2, Beetlejuise, Ed Wood, Mars Attacks, Sleepy Hallow, Sweeny Todd, Big Fish).

Edwards Scissorhands, Beetlejuise, and Pee Wee's Big Adventure are the best of Tim Burton. The rest is meh. Like I always say with Burton, his films are pure fluff, no substance.

Its weird because the trailer really makes it seem like a comedy but the tracks are very dark and moody. Though im sure there will be good amount of humour in the film, i think WB just made the trailer seem like the film is a complete comedy when really it isnt.

@PatientZero Well we clearly have different opinions then.

The tracks are good and have the right tone. But if Burton doesn't follow through on the potential of this and turns it into a stupid comedy these tracks will be wasted
