Filming for
Iron Man 3 took place yesterday at Cape Fear River. Stuntmen and women were suspended from cables and carried across the body of water. Based on the costumes (flight attendant) of some of the actors it's pretty safe to assume that this stunt is for a scene in the movie in which Iron Man will have to save a plane full of people. Which is something that has been rumored for a few months.

Iron Man 3 will be directed by Shane Black, and is expected to hit theaters May 3, 2013! The film stars: Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark), Gwyneth Paltrow (Virginia Potts), Don Cheadle (Col. James Rhodes), and with Ben Kingsley as the main villain.
