nailbiter111 - 8/20/2012, 1:32 PM

D@mn! Were all these creatures in Cabin in the Woods? They're pretty [frick]ing creepy.

@nail - Lmao, d@mn unicorns. :P
AnotherSinisterClone - 8/20/2012, 1:39 PM
if only you could add the magical lil sound it made when the unicorn impaled that guy. what a great movie though. i hate the horror genre for being all about gore N shock value, but this one was great. refreshing to see a new spin on something.
Kingdork - 8/20/2012, 1:44 PM
@ nailbiter111 - I know, I know ^^ I just literally lost my shit in the theater because of the unicorn scene. I had a hard time pulling myself back together after that. This movie was just awesome.
Optimus83 - 8/20/2012, 1:44 PM

jessepostal - 8/20/2012, 1:45 PM

nailbiter111 - 8/20/2012, 1:46 PM
i feel yah. the unicorn certainly was unexpected, but that's what made it nice, even though it was also jarringly out of place.
HelaGood - 8/20/2012, 1:47 PM
stupid, lameass movie

tucker and dale vs evil was sooooooooooo much better!
SageMode - 8/20/2012, 1:47 PM
I thought Unicorns were passively peaceful creatures.
I guess not. Lol
ElChavo - 8/20/2012, 1:55 PM

IIIAdamantiumIII - 8/20/2012, 2:31 PM

SHHH - 8/20/2012, 2:32 PM
Goooooooood Movie...
Rhys - 8/20/2012, 2:36 PM
This film has one of the best werewolf designs in a long time. I just love it!

The Hell Lord and the Sugarplum Fairy are also two of my favorites.
TheGambitFreakIsBatmanOfCBM - 8/20/2012, 2:36 PM
I loved the ovie, still pissed about the ending though (Why didn't he defile the Virgin, they're are gonna die anyway, might as well go out with a "Bang").

The Werewolf looked cool. The CGI was really iffy in parts, but I am a desendant of the 90's, I am perfectly fine with terrible CGI.
His Coffee Mug/Blunt was ingenious!

LAXtremest - 8/20/2012, 2:37 PM
Holy crap, a ton of people got banned on here. Some I'm pretty happy about. Intruder has to break the record for most bans lol
AlexDeLarge87 - 8/20/2012, 2:42 PM

SimyJo - 8/20/2012, 2:52 PM
Me too AlexDeLarge87!.

I used to have a terrifying nightmare as a child of a werewolf (looking just like that one) emerging out of my airing cupboard slowly as a grandfather-clock struck midnight.
In my dreams i used to jump out of bed and try to run for the door but it was like I was running hip-deep in thick treacle. Just as I almost reached the door the werewolf reared close to take a bite and I used to have to snap myself awake.
Terrifying!, just terrifying!.

*Big paws*

Luckily I don't have that dream anymore. I'm alright noOoOoOoOow!.
SimyJo - 8/20/2012, 3:04 PM
@myself;
"I used to have a terrifying nightmare as a child of a werewolf"

I meant "As a child, of a werewolf... "
Obviously I'm not a child OF a werewolf. Don't judge a poster by their avatar, don't get it twisted yo!.

god this movie was awesome!
SmellofDuty - 8/20/2012, 3:12 PM
Helagood I love both the movies. Tucker and Dale a little more.

AlexDeLarge87 - 8/20/2012, 3:18 PM
SimyJo@ Know exactly what you mean. Had the same problem when i was 9-10 years old. American Werewolf in London was the one which gave me nightmares. Most terrifying thing about that was the main characters disturbing dreams and his first transformation. The monster soldiers came to my dreams. But still i loved to watch the damn film. Althought in that age i had to watch it secretly. Parents didnt obviously allowed me to watch horror films but everytime they werent home i watched them. The nights were suffering after that. ;)
teabag - 8/20/2012, 3:19 PM
Tucker and Dale was good..but it dragged in places and the humour fell a lil flat at times

Cabin was miles better for me...i had a big grin on my face by the end

loved the Hellraiser nod :)
SimyJo - 8/20/2012, 3:24 PM
@AlexDeLarge87;

I know right! - seriously, that bit where the hospital bed is surreally in the woods, and the camera zooms to his face fast asleep, and then his eyes flash open with yellow eyes and werewolf teeth - I swear to God I felt my heart stop dead in my chest and I think I shat myself a little.
AlexDeLarge87 - 8/20/2012, 3:30 PM
SimyJo@ That scene nearly killed me too.

Agree with teabag. Tucker & Dale was okey but not as good as i thought it would be.
SHHH - 8/20/2012, 3:32 PM
Tucker And Dale.. B Movie At It's Finest...
Cabin Was Better Than I Thought It Was Gonna Be..
teabag - 8/20/2012, 3:32 PM
I was always creeped out with the underground scene in AWIL...something about the london underground at night scares the shit out of me....probably the cost of a train ticket or something :)
AlexDeLarge87 - 8/20/2012, 3:35 PM
Thank god John Landis put some humor in it. It was good balance.
AlexDeLarge87 - 8/20/2012, 3:38 PM
tea@ LOL! London underground is definitely little creepy. Specially if you are the only one in there. Like the dude in the movie. ;D
LorenzoVonMatterhorn93 - 8/20/2012, 3:39 PM
this film was utterly disappointing
SimyJo - 8/20/2012, 3:41 PM
Lol Teabag, yeah, being trapped in there when they close the shutters at midnight and it smells of wee and antiseptic.

Or donning a werewolf suit one night and stalking a late-night commuter might be funny.
teabag - 8/20/2012, 3:41 PM
Alex@ Another thing that used to freak me out was the tv show Werewolf.....looking back on the show its cheesy as hell (still very cool tho) but back in the 80's it made me poop :)
teabag - 8/20/2012, 3:43 PM
Sim@ lol its my best friends stag in January..were off to london so i think i have an idea for one of the nights......Werewolf costumes and the underground :)
SimyJo - 8/20/2012, 3:46 PM
Cool Teabag!.

One werewolf, one in nurses outfit, one in zombie nazi outfit, one in commuter with guts hanging out outfit.

Sounds like a hell of a night. ;-)

AlexDeLarge87 - 8/20/2012, 3:51 PM
Aaah yeah that was creepy series. The atmosphere alone made it terrifying. That and Chuck Conners laughing.
AlexDeLarge87 - 8/20/2012, 3:59 PM
SimyJo & teabag@ Halloween seems to come early this year. ;)
CCR - 8/20/2012, 4:48 PM
I was disappointed in the movie, half too-high of hopes, half there's really no "twist" in the movie, you find out right away what the "twist" is. But I need to watch it again now that I know what happens.

And Tucker and Dale was just ok..laughed my balls off the first half, then watched the 2nd half later and I think I laughed once. I hate it when comedies try to get too warm and fuzzy. That is all.
MisterJay - 8/20/2012, 4:51 PM
i loved the movie ! i think the end was... original... it wasnt the typical cliche
fistofthenorthstar - 8/20/2012, 5:06 PM
LOOKING FORWARD TO THE DVD (>_<)
CPBuff22 - 8/20/2012, 5:16 PM
I can't wait for the Blu-ray release next month.
Project8501 - 8/20/2012, 8:09 PM
MERMAN!! YES!
DioFoRio - 8/20/2012, 10:35 PM
there needs to be another good werewolf movie coming out.
Hitboyj - 8/21/2012, 2:28 AM
How can a unicorn just kill
SimyJo - 8/21/2012, 3:27 AM
@Hitboyj,

I don't think it meant to - it was just horsing around.
Rothwilder - 8/21/2012, 6:05 AM
@tea

Tucker and Dale dragged? Dude the only time the humor stopped was to show the AMAZING chick in some mid riff showing outfit.

That movie was perfection and a true twist on the horror genre. Better than Cabin in the Woods by a bit. Shame on you sir, shame on you :)

But not much shame. You still rock.
