What if our greatest heroes became our greatest threat? @nailbiter11, what mistermagurleypse is trying to say is that, you are not able to view the videos on apple mobile products(iPod, iPad). Would you able to post YouTube versions of the videos?

@KamenRiderJ22- Oh my Lord I hate Capcom with a passion. Everything about Marvel vs Capcom 3 was cheap and exploitable for people with no real skill.
If they are going to do a Marvel vs DC game, I vote that NetherRealm studios does it. Because Marvel deserves better than Crappycom and their Street Fighter bullshista

I find any game where superheroes just fight to be pointless. If you face Superman against Nightwing in a fight hand to hand Superman will win EVERYTIME. Same would go for Iron Man or Thor vs Captain America or Venom. I mean if you can fly away and still hit your enemy with a ranged attack and they can't fly. Its really no contest.

Hence my hate for all Superhero combat games. I prefer story based games that have a planned reason for why The Joker can take down the Flash. Some kind of trap or device, not Joker beating the crap out of the flash in a one on one fight.

CPBuff22 - it's just a video game. let your hair down and have some fun. I get what you're saying, but it's not a comic book, tv show, or even a movie. if it was either those three i'd be on your side, but it's just a video game, mindless fun.

I hear that if you press up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, b, a, start, and then select Batman, you will play as a special character called "Batman (Preptime)" and it will be impossible for you to lose.

I just can't seem to wrap my liking around the MK fight engine. It just feels too... computerized. Clunky, slow controls. Even though I like the concept of the game, the fighting engine just kills it for me. It's not fluid, not smooth.

@CPBuff: Hmm. Iron Man and Thor vs. Captain America and Venom? Venom is fast, swift, and can lift up a truck. Spidey can lift up a fire engine while in the black suit, and Venom is twice as strong as him. So imagine... Iron Man lifts up a car in the movie and struggles with it. I think Venom can beat Cap and [maybe] Iron Man. Keyword: [MAYBE]. Not Thor, though. I think he's too strong, lol.

Personally a game from Namco would be amazing.
Capcom's fighters are all in their basic form (in my own opinion) no skill button mashers, while NetherRealm's games have very slow clunky controls.
Tekken balances everything out perfectly; the style of Street Fighter and the story depth of MK.

Why not just make these characters on Soul Caliber V, that way you could just bypass all the slow clunky chopy movements of the MK fighting engine

The fighting stances look terrible, and most of them look stupid while they are walking.

Am I the only person who thinks this game is a piece of shit? They are just giving you mk vs dc, without the mk characters.It will sell the first week and once people realize this, it will be 20 bucks in the pre owned section at game stop.

@CPBuff22 I agree with you, but as long a they attempt to put a reason behind why Batman or Nightwing would be able to Superman in a hand to hand fight, it's fine. Mortal Kombat vs DCU didn't have a reason behind it so it was sort of stupid.

@Noomis...is Rocksteady REALLY making a JLA game? Do you have any links to articles for that? I would love to read about that!! Is Rocksteady the company that makes the Arkham games?? ALL Superhero games should be made by the guys that made the Arkham games or the guys that made the Spidey Dimensions games. Those are the ONLY two companies that seem to get it right!!

I am really excited about this but more so for the Deadpool game. I wish they would announce the rest of the roster.

@angus666 - they sorta did explain it in MK v DC. It was magic.

@noomis - yea can you post a link to this game? I havent heard anything about it.

The new Street Fighter is way too hard, and Marvel vs Capcom 3 is way too hard. That was my point. Lol

I'm good at fighting games, but Capcom has shifted the strategies in their games. I just don't want to see a Marvel vs DC game that allows you to be pummeled forever without letting you even make a move.

I would also like a Soul Caliber or Virtua Fighter engine with a Marvel or DC fighter. I think these games all have a smaller window of strategy than those, and I think that's the least attractive thing about it. I'm only dealing with Mortal Kombat for the awesome story that I've followed for almost twenty years. The gameplay is ok, but it feels dated. I think it's time to redesign the wheel...

Damn, this game looks AMAZING! First fighting game I ever had was Tekken Tag when I first got my PS2 and I was boss at that game! I wasn't very good at combos though, but you can live without em.

I wish I could play this. Too bad gaming isn't as simple as they used to be though... All the downloading, paying and internet BS almost completely ruin gaming; too much BS involved. Let me just play what I played for without any hassles...

Hah! I sound like an old lady and I'm only 21! xD

I love WW's suit though! They should've let these guys do the redesigns instead of the crap Jim Lee came up with (most of it).

@Owlman: maybe its just me but when all characters are availible from the get go i have to force myself to play arcade modes. getting peeps is what makes me do more than online or at home vs matches. the capcom double dip fighters are better games than the vinilla, but all characters avaible makes me play the acual game less.

if it not for the trophies on my ps3 the games would collect dust lol. unlocking new characters is part of the fun of fighting games. having to work for something in a game that by its very nature can't offer too much for gameplay veriety (any combo challenge type modes don't count. no matter how good i am or how much time i crank into a game, there is always 1 character i suck at and can't do squat with. so those remain uncompleted and i have more grey hair - looking at you dc vs mk)

ok, you don't have to put 50 characters as long as there is a secret "Paradise Island" unlock, with interactive background characters and "vestal virgins" . . . I mean that more than 50 characters
