The first armor is cool, and the second hammer is good...although I prefer the design from the movie.
Godzillafart - 9/19/2012, 4:01 PM
For the Hammer that is. That first armor is badass.
TheGambitFreakIsBatmanOfCBM - 9/19/2012, 4:01 PM
Thor is pitiful, Shockwave looks no different fom the final version.
Jimdlux - 9/19/2012, 4:02 PM
1st!!
Jimdlux - 9/19/2012, 4:02 PM
darn!!
TheBeard - 9/19/2012, 4:03 PM
laserbeak looks better
TopCat89 - 9/19/2012, 4:09 PM
Film/Final version of Thor's armour is far better imo....however a 'Helmet' would complete the look, as these designs prove.
SageMode - 9/19/2012, 4:10 PM
Thor helmet on the second one is awesome, he should have that for T:TDW
angus666 - 9/19/2012, 4:13 PM
That first heavily armoured Thor is awesome.
Godzillafart - 9/19/2012, 4:17 PM
I really like that Thor's armor looks like armor in the first one. It's been getting progressively better in the films (the pants and boots sucked in the first film), but that first design pays enough homage to the comics while being believable as armor and cool and [frick].

The second design is terrible.
AlexdoxA - 9/19/2012, 4:21 PM
Liked the design of Shockwave. But Thor looks very "Michael Bay"
SymbioteSpidey1 - 9/19/2012, 4:24 PM
1st Thor design looks badass but seems a little much for Thor in the movies now, maybe when he becomes King of Asguard. The 2nd looks like he's possessed by an evil spirit. I think that costume would work in some comic book story in the future, but definitely no the movies.
superotherside - 9/19/2012, 4:25 PM
Meh. The first Thor armor is ok. I prefer all movie versions over it though. The second one is unbelievable awful.
Bane2099 - 9/19/2012, 4:29 PM
I still find it funny how when T3 was coming, advertisements and commercials focused on Shockwave and was even said to be the baddie of the movie...then the movie came out and he was probably in about 5 minutes of the film, way to lead us on Bay, Well Done LoL
CharlesLord - 9/19/2012, 4:34 PM
The Thor costume on the left looks pretty epic. Idk WAT they were tryin wit the other one lol. He gives off a Dante from DMC vibe
SeaSerpentine - 9/19/2012, 4:34 PM
I like these designs for the "Battleship" aliens, they should have used one of those looks instead of the lazy one they used in final film. But, even if the aliens did look good, the film would still suck.
SeaSerpentine - 9/19/2012, 4:36 PM
Thor's armor looks neat, but it's too bulky.
KalEl26 - 9/19/2012, 4:40 PM
only liking the transformers designs. The Thor one looks its way too much which is why I prefer the costume used in the movies
deadpool123 - 9/19/2012, 4:45 PM
shockwave looks better
Ha1frican - 9/19/2012, 4:47 PM
The Thor ones look like they were ripped out of Final Fantasy lol
storyteller - 9/19/2012, 4:53 PM
I think the issue with Thors helmet is it either sucks to honestly wear or the actors hair is far more expressive.
avengers72 - 9/19/2012, 5:05 PM
um... wow
IgnurRant - 9/19/2012, 5:05 PM
It actually makes Thor look like he came from fantasy. Drastic improvement.
KaneVonDoom - 9/19/2012, 5:06 PM
I really like those Thor designs but I'm glad they went the direction they did.
marvel72 - 9/19/2012, 5:06 PM
the first image of thor is too much & the second not enough, costume that is.
TheAmazingSpidey63 - 9/19/2012, 5:27 PM
I agree with @72, here. There's too much going on with the first armor. Overkill, really. The second armor has that Kratos God of War feel to it; not really Thor's style of armor wear. I don't hate them, just not as good as the other concept arts. Like this for instance:

Now that I would not mind if Chris used that in Thor. But I'm happy with what we got in that amazing film. :)

But I will say this about that Thor concept art. The helmets look pretty sick, IMO. Especially the first one, man. SWEET! :)

Stay EPIC, my friends!
rbfn04 - 9/19/2012, 5:38 PM
one of the reasons I dig concept art: we get to see how it could have deviated more from the source...
novaprime - 9/19/2012, 5:39 PM
Why They Never Put him a Helmet Wwwwwhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!
JorLBola - 9/19/2012, 6:01 PM
Shockwave looks almost as the same stupid thing of the final version..
Im only saying stupid because the movie was stupid... and Thor look cool but for a videogame or something, the final version was perfect remindsme a lot to the classic Thor suit
KingEmperor - 9/19/2012, 6:17 PM
Hey, Thor, SoulCalibur called...
CyberBishop - 9/19/2012, 6:54 PM
Thor on the left yes.. On the right.. HELL NO.. I am digging that Shockwave too..
souhunter - 9/19/2012, 7:09 PM
Thor looks bad ass
Pooh - 9/19/2012, 7:09 PM
Why do all these Transformers have to look like rock monsters? Why not make them look like robots?

This is what robots look like:

Godzillafart - 9/19/2012, 7:14 PM
And, I realize I am in the minority here, but I, for one, am glad they referenced Thor's helmet in the first movie....and glad we have not seen it since.
Howlett - 9/19/2012, 7:24 PM
Thor designs is a bit over the top, good thing they didn't went with those.
AverageJoe - 9/19/2012, 7:36 PM
If they had gone with the second version of Thor, I would have flown to Hollywood or New Mexico or wherever to throat chop everyone involved in that decision. The first rendering would have been bad-ass if they would just tone down the look a little bit.

Who cares about the Transformers...how different are they? Not much, that's how much. If you would have told me that those drawings of the Transformers were the exact copy of what they used in the movie, I would not have argued with you. That's how little difference there is to me.
JustDame - 9/19/2012, 8:31 PM
Thor looks like he came from a Final Fantasy game.
JustDame - 9/19/2012, 8:32 PM
shouts out to Ha1frican.
Natetrix79 - 9/19/2012, 9:52 PM
Marvel should change Thor's suit, his gonna be visiting the different realms so he should have different suits and armors for the different elements and terrains.
AlexDeLarge87 - 9/19/2012, 10:59 PM
TheAmazingSpidey63@ Proof that the helmet would rock and complete the suit if they would add it in the new movie. :)
