"Simulated Lightning strikes, remote controlled helicopter and a nuclear warhead are just some of the things we can look forward to over the weekend as the production crew transform the area into a war zone."

A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.

The cast includes: Andy Serkis (The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey), Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty, Public Enemies, The Great Gatsby), Gary Oldman (The Dark Knight Rises, The Harry Potter film series), Keri Russell (The Americans, Mission Impossible III), Toby Kebbell (The Prince of Persia, Wrath of the Titans, Rock N Rolla), Kodi Smit-McPhee (Let Me In, ParaNorman), Enrique Murciano (Traffic, Black Hawk Down), Kirk Acevedo (The Thin Red Line) and Judy Greer (The Descendants, Three Kings, 13 Going on 30). The film climbs into theaters May 23, 2014

A white, banged-up semi that looks like the original Optimus?

Three theories:
-It's just a truck and it's a nod for the fans.
-It's Ultra Magnus, for some reason.
-Optimus gets really messed up and reverts to this form with the parts he has left.

Hate the new bumblebee! Love the one they show on the photos
Show us robot modes!
MB007 - 6/8/2013, 8:59 AM
Whait, isn't that the old Bumblebee, and not the black one?
0ptimusCrime - 6/8/2013, 9:04 AM
Yes it is, new bee is a dodge (correct me if im wrong) this is the Camaro Bee!
Poyntie - 6/8/2013, 9:08 AM
The Bumblebee that was posted earlier was an custom '69 Camaro, appearantly made for TF4. I would not be surprised that they all show up in the begining as they old mods, then change with some explaination; ie, they chaged to keep people from noticing them or some lame BoomBoomBay story arch.

I was gonna say, that last pic looks like the old alt modes from the previous movies. But yeah, maybe they start out in the old forms and then change. Curious about the old truck too.

Transformers filming here in TX? God damn it!! Why did my alternator have to go bad!? That would've been a great reason for a road trip around the state! FML!
Pox - 6/8/2013, 10:56 PM
@DarthOptimus

Stunticons...interesting theory.

Also...thought about Nemesis Prime but the subtle matching flame-paint job makes me want to go with the slumming it theory alongside old school Camaro Bumblebee.

tfw2005.com has an Update: Michael Bay site admin Nelson was kind to come by our forum and explain the mystery behind the "old" Optimus Prime and Bumblebee being transported. It seems they were not meant for filming after all, but for a special red carpet event at Universal Studios Orlando for the grand opening of the Transformers: The Ride 3D on June 20th. Thank you Nelson.
