Is there anything more lame than confirming something we already know. But, for those that need it to be a bit more officially than a leaked call sheet, here you go. Lorenzo di Bonaventura tells the Beijing News that Dinobots will most certainly appear in the film.
"I can not disclose the specifics, but you can be sure that the joining of the Dinobots will give the audience new excitement. In addition to Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, the appearance of these classic roles changed, today the world's coolest, most exciting cars will appear in the film, including China's vehicles, whether you are a car enthusiast, you will feast your eyes and be shocked by them."

When Iron Man 3 was released, there was a special Chinese cut of the film. It was highly-ridiculed, as the additionally seemed to be included for product placement. Transformers 4 will no repeat Iron Man 3's mistake.
"I know that "Iron Man 3" had a special edition released in China, but "Transformers 4" will only have one version globally"

Lorenzo also states that filming overseas will take place, "In China we have chosen Beijing and Hong Kong, as well as two more cities we are looking at."

They could be a cameo which would be a let down. I dont want to get my hopes up since Michael Bay lied about the third film being serious in tone and darker.
