In the film, David Banner calls his son Bruce, and tells him that he has sent his dogs, that have been genetically altered, after Betty (Jennifer Connelly). Bruce tries to alert Talbot (Josh Lucas) of his father's evil plans, but a confrontation ensues which forces Bruce to become the Hulk. He soon heads off to Betty's cabin in the woods. Betty comes across the Hulk hiding behind a large tree, and soon realizes that the big green monster is actually Bruce. As Betty drinks in this revelation, a sound alerts the Hulk to the arrival of the three Hulk-ified dogs.

GreenLanternRulez - 9/6/2013, 3:06 PM
I am. This part was the only flaw in this movie.
SoundWave - 9/6/2013, 3:08 PM
My favorite CBM action scene! Dog-Fight was epic! Best HULK movie! Best Bruce, best Betty, best Ross, best HULK!!!
JorEllinator - 9/6/2013, 3:08 PM
HULK SMASH POODLE!
GreenLanternRulez - 9/6/2013, 3:09 PM
SoundWave: I totally agree with you on everything after the 1st sentence.

This film wasn't as bad as people say but wasn't good either, just had a few good moments like this, my main complaint though was that the Hulk looked too clean; Ed Norton's Hulk had the perfect kind of scruffy/dirty look, whilst Ruffalo's seemed more realistic admittedly but a little more clean... Anyway, just wanna see Hulk use some cars as knuckle dusters again, they need 2 give Big Green a film again soon...
pesmerga44 - 9/6/2013, 3:13 PM
Truthfully I have never seen the movie before and I heard stories of how big Hulk got in this movie but man is that size laughable to me. He looks gigantic and way to big for the character.
Giznad - 9/6/2013, 3:16 PM
I didn't like this movie, but what's interesting is that there actually is a known case of a hulk dog. A mutation caused certain fibers of its muscles to not work. There's a picture online that's legit if anyone cares. I doubt that was the intention of the movie though.
sameoldthing - 9/6/2013, 3:17 PM
The Hulk Dogs were odd but it was an entertaining fight scene.
I like how Hulk just "flexed" & busted the dogs jaw who was biting him, crazy.

Cool artwork..dogs look vicious & Hulk face smiling is funny.
DioFoRio - 9/6/2013, 3:18 PM
Spuds McKenzie looks ripped!
nowtheresaBATman - 9/6/2013, 3:18 PM
Those HULK concept sketches look a lot better than Ang Lee's fat green teenager.
pesmerga44 - 9/6/2013, 3:18 PM
Ya my opinion on the fight it really isn't anything special and that stupid poodle is just hilarious. When I think of bloodthirsty mutant dogs I think of poodles. I really didn't like the fight maybe if I saw the movie in theaters but it just doesn't work on the computer screen.
JimboRed - 9/6/2013, 3:19 PM
Still to this day the single dumbest thing I've ever seen in a comic book movie is a gamma ray mutated poodle. It's a travesty that somebody didn't stand up in the pre-planning meetings and let them know what a terrible idea it was to put those dogs in the film.
nowtheresaBATman - 9/6/2013, 3:20 PM
lol! good ol' Spuds. She was a good dog.
DioFoRio - 9/6/2013, 3:23 PM
lol. Could party like a rockstar too @now
marvel72 - 9/6/2013, 3:25 PM
years ago in the incredible hulk comic, the hulk did fight some gamma infected dogs.

but this was one of the worse ideas ever to be put to film.
AlternateNo4 - 9/6/2013, 3:27 PM
i hate when people hate on the puppies. i don't think they were in any story, but the CONCEPT is source.

I never had a problem with the Hulk dogs. The movie was a mess of unrealized ideas but the Hulk dogs were one of the few totally successful parts of it. Exciting and a bit scary at times.
AlternateNo4 - 9/6/2013, 3:29 PM
and poodles may get stupid haircuts, but they're horrible, evil, nasty dogs. at least the standard size ones... ugh i !@#$ing hate poodles.
AlternateNo4 - 9/6/2013, 3:30 PM
@marvel72 did he really? wish i could read that. it must be too long ago for me to remember but i THOUGHT it was more than just sirius. sirius was in the 80's though because i remember buying those comics.
CaptainObvious - 9/6/2013, 3:36 PM
Hulk Poodle.
sameoldthing - 9/6/2013, 3:37 PM
Making a poodle a Gamma radiated Hulk dog was clever since its not an intimidating animal.
But don't fool yourself...in all truth poodles are easily one of the smartest dog breeds that exist.
marvel72 - 9/6/2013, 3:42 PM
@ AlternateNo4

i may of been on about what you posted about the dog sirius,i do remember the hulk fighting gamma infected animals in the desert like hulked up lizards, snakes & so on.
Fry - 9/6/2013, 3:49 PM
I would say, not the worst cbm movie but has some potential...

Hopefully for him, there is Catwoman and The Last Stand !
BritishMonkey - 9/6/2013, 3:55 PM
Was there anybody at all who liked the dog fight scene? I don't think I've ever heard someone say so.
UltimateTypeface - 9/6/2013, 4:12 PM
I hated those dogs
kevberg - 9/6/2013, 4:17 PM
SH@T...pure SH@T.

they just looked at ron garneys recent run at that time and picked those out...they didn't f@ckin' care about HULKs rogues gallery at all.
kevberg - 9/6/2013, 4:19 PM
the ONLY thing that was good about that was the fight was at night ILM could make the hulk look more believable.

........Hulk dogs....jeez!
poop23 - 9/6/2013, 4:19 PM
Scene was weird, but the action was pretty awesome. Guessing the poodle was added more for comedic relief
kevberg - 9/6/2013, 4:22 PM
...and Kevin Knowlan is bad ass!...that is all
novaprime - 9/6/2013, 4:30 PM

kiddcomet - 9/6/2013, 5:23 PM
this is the part of the movie where i shook my head in shame and walked out-
the desert combaat scene i caught on the dvd was cool though
Highflyer - 9/6/2013, 5:44 PM
@SoundWave, ur kidding right?
Highflyer - 9/6/2013, 5:46 PM
This movie wasn't terrible but i think they were assholes for all the false advertising.
maninfinesuit - 9/6/2013, 6:33 PM
I didn't mind the Hulk dogs. The battle went on a bit too long, but eh. The rest of the film was solid.
AUSSYACE - 9/6/2013, 8:03 PM
What were they thinking or should I say smoking...
