In 2006, Amy Berg received an Oscar nomination for her documentary Deliver Us From Evil.” It focused on the allegations of sexual abuse in the Catholic Church. Today, The Daily Mail reports, Berg has spent the last two years working on a new documentary that will expose sexual abuse in Hollywood. The documentary will include allegations against Bryan Singer ("X-Men: Days of Future Past"). Michael Egan, who claims he was raped by Singer when he was an underage teenager, has been in contact with Berg's film company, Disarming Films.
Miss Berg runs Disarming Films and yesterday confirmed to MailOnline she had been working on the project for the past two years. A source close to Egan told MailOnline they had been approached by the film company, saying: ‘Just this week, I got a message from Disarming Films, a documentary film company working out of Los Angeles. ‘They said they are making a documentary about a bunch of children molested by somebody in the film industry. I never contacted them back. They wanted videos and pictures of Michael and a few others he knew. ‘The film company said they were working on numerous children, now adults, now coming forward about this. ‘I was close to Michael, but he didn’t confess any of this to me until 2012. I don’t know the specifics, what the person’s name was, I just knew that one of his close friends was in that whole scene with him.’

When contacted by MailOnline, Miss Berg said she was not ready to comment on the project, confirming however, she had been working on the project for the past two years. - dailymail
According to the lawsuit, Singer told Egan he was 'sexy' and went on to masturbate the underage boy and perform oral sex on him. The director then told Egan to do the same to him, but the then-minor says he resisted. That allegedly caused Singer to push the boy's head under water. When he finally got up for air, Singer again demanded he perform oral sex and when he refused for the second time, Singer took him out of the pool and forcibly sodomized him, Egan says.
The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST. The beloved characters from the original “X-Men” film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from “X-Men: First Class,” in an epic battle that must change the past – to save our future.

X-Men: Days Of Future Past will be directed by Bryan Singer ("Usual Suspects"). The cast includes: Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Peter Dinklage, Nicholas Hoult, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore, Lucas Till, Evan Peters, Daniel Cudmore, Booboo Stewart, Omar Sy, Fan Bingbing, Evan Jonigkeit, Adan Canto and Josh Helman, X-Men: Days Of Future Past hits UK cinemas on May 22 and US cinemas the following day.

MrMartinMarvel - 4/18/2014, 3:15 PM
Bryan ol' boy, I think it's time to say goodbye to the career of yours.
ezio619 - 4/18/2014, 3:16 PM
if he does turn out to be guilty(which looks to be the case) he is never working again, he is done!, but if he does turn out to be innocent, this is gonna follow him for the rest of his life....this is gonna be very inconsiderate of me but i wonder how this affects DOFP'S box office?
nailbiter111 - 4/18/2014, 3:16 PM
yossarian - Ha! Probably not.

there have been rumors before in hollywood of singer being into cocaine and throwing wild parties..i guess its all coming out now, this is a very tragic matter eitherway
MrMartinMarvel - 4/18/2014, 3:21 PM
I'm really starting to feel sorry for Singer, even if he is innocent the poor guy may never work again.
TheAbaryMan369 - 4/18/2014, 3:22 PM
As much as he deserves this, I kinda feel sorry for the man. His career is over unless everyone forgets about this. But considering this is the internet, they probably won't.
JordanKing - 4/18/2014, 3:22 PM

Nothing suspicious with this guy.
Genaro - 4/18/2014, 3:22 PM
All im worried about is if Age of Apocalypse is still coming out in 2016.
McNyagano - 4/18/2014, 3:23 PM
Uh oh.....
sKeemAn - 4/18/2014, 3:23 PM
Whats funny is, I thought people would be more excited that Singer's career is pretty much over after this. Even if he is innocent the word of mouth about will keep him from getting other jobs. No more X-men. Reboot?
MrMartinMarvel - 4/18/2014, 3:23 PM
^^ God, that picture is [frick]ing hilarious.
JoJo1982 - 4/18/2014, 3:24 PM

Omarvls - 4/18/2014, 3:26 PM
Just Sad
JordanKing - 4/18/2014, 3:26 PM
This is just a hunch, but I take it he won't be around for the DoFP press junket? :p
ReeferInferno - 4/18/2014, 3:28 PM
I hope he's innocent and is still able to direct Apocalypse.
BatManHeisenberg - 4/18/2014, 3:28 PM
Damn idiots who are so damn homophobic here. Jeez. Like it's just sad. I hate how people who hate Fox-Men are just trolling and be idiots.
Brainiac13 - 4/18/2014, 3:29 PM
Would Fox go far and remove his name from this movie.....
MrNiklander - 4/18/2014, 3:29 PM

Guilty or not guilty, this story has no happy ending. Just have to hope that DOFP or X-Men:Apocalypse doesn't suffer because of this.
sKeemAn - 4/18/2014, 3:30 PM
MikeHawk - 4/18/2014, 3:31 PM
I wonder what hugh jackman, patrick stewart, and all of the cast have to say about this
MrNiklander - 4/18/2014, 3:31 PM
This is sad let's hope the truth comes out
McNyagano - 4/18/2014, 3:32 PM
@Odin

You're right man. Not everybody gets a happy ending.
BigBossKaz - 4/18/2014, 3:32 PM
I have a feeling that someone ll replace Singer amd will ruin the series even more
ManofSteel23 - 4/18/2014, 3:32 PM
Well if its true least x-men Apocalypse wont be ruined by him
HypeExMachina - 4/18/2014, 3:34 PM
these rape-victims come across as scummy people, who chose take part in drugs and homosexual intercourse with a Hollywood director (because they are starf*ckers) and now wanna take 'lovers revenge' (because they are starf*ckers) this documentary sounds like the worst, most disgusting piece of cinema to ever be produced and me and all my friends will attend the midnight premiere (to throw popcorn at the screen)
JoJo1982 - 4/18/2014, 3:35 PM
Even if he's found innocent he's career is still screwed cause the public eye will still believed he done it

FOX don't wanna have that around

So xmen apocalypse could be getting a new director
Odin - 4/18/2014, 3:36 PM

Okay, Now I am syaing something: with information above (thanks MrBlackJack) and the fact that (as I said before) those photos (that you can see around this site nowadays) aren't exatly most incriminating. The photos my friends send me from their drunken bar weekends have more suspicious stuff than these. This thing smells really fishy.

ALegendaryPanda - 4/18/2014, 3:38 PM
This is ALL [frick]ed up! I don't even know if it's completely true or not but this whole situation is a god damn mess.
Dmon - 4/18/2014, 3:45 PM
HAHA I will take the death of this franchise anyway I can get it. Hopefully DOFP will not make it's money back at all and the rights go back to Marvel. This is a good day for Cyclops fans every where. The movie was never going to make over 450 million anyway.
