whoa123 - 7/16/2014, 7:39 PM
I'm actually quite excited to see this now, especially with the great marketing this film has.
Unreal2k9 - 7/16/2014, 7:40 PM

My feeling towards this film; meh.
aRandomSinisterClone - 7/16/2014, 7:52 PM
of course they find the one sewer system in Manhattan that has a skate park built in.
JackRyan9859 - 7/16/2014, 7:55 PM
ummm...Kal-El.9859 over at Superherohype posted those screengrabs. How about giving credit where credit is due?
MrCBM56 - 7/16/2014, 8:04 PM
Poor Donnie.
RorMachine - 7/16/2014, 8:05 PM
So you don't think it's also possible that the guy I credited also capped those images from the Nickelodeon site? But I guess not...I'd say this Kal El fellow has sole access to the TMNT internet library.

Anyway, opinion seems to have swayed big time for this. I admit what I've seen lately gives me some hope, but I wish they didn't make them giant [frick]ing hulks!
MrCBM56 - 7/16/2014, 8:06 PM
Dig the lair. Movie looks ton of fun. If all goes well, I'm seeing it open weekend.
MrCBM56 - 7/16/2014, 8:07 PM
@RorMachine Exactly! Totally agree. I figure there won't be too many stealthy missions.
RangerStorm44 - 7/16/2014, 8:09 PM
@JackRyan9589 I agree

Where do I even begin?

JackRyan9859 - 7/16/2014, 8:16 PM
I first saw them on SuperHeroHype...not this guys twitter. If he beat Kal-El.9859 to the punch then fine. But I saw them on the Hype first
Succthis - 7/16/2014, 8:18 PM
Yay! Stereotyped descriptions we already knew! Yay!

Junk.
Jollem - 7/16/2014, 8:22 PM
yeah, let's just not have any descriptions, then. ya ever think some people might not know about the turtles?
NovaCorpsFan - 7/16/2014, 8:22 PM
Reminds me of the 2003 cartoon. I miss that show.
Succthis - 7/16/2014, 8:26 PM
@ Jollem

It actually never crossed my mind. Pretty much every country on the planet aired the cartoon, although sometime under different names cause ninjas are bad. This movie looks like a 2 dimensional cash grab. Mr. M. Bay style.

RangerStorm44 - 7/16/2014, 8:36 PM
@Commenter77
Boooooooo!
Jollem - 7/16/2014, 8:37 PM
they're descriptions. it's not the end of the world

isn't everything a "cash grab"?

2 dimensional? howsabout dimension x?

ya dig?
TowerOfOrthanc - 7/16/2014, 8:38 PM
idk why this grinds my gears so much but "responsability"? take 5 minutes to proofread, nickelodeon..

movie looks fun though
ComicsBornAndBred - 7/16/2014, 8:42 PM
Raph is named after some famous Italian philosopher right? Didn't mention that
jimdotbeep - 7/16/2014, 8:43 PM
Michael Bay can't get anything right. He had to use every urban minority stereotype in the book. do the Turtles really need to tag their own headquarters.
jimdotbeep - 7/16/2014, 8:44 PM
@NovaCorpsFan this train wreck of a movie is nothing like the 2003 series.
Commenter77 - 7/16/2014, 8:46 PM
@RangerStorm44

Better art:
Succthis - 7/16/2014, 8:49 PM
@ Jollem

You missed my point, as I fear you often do with most people. Sure every business is out to make a buck. It's integrity that earns my respect. I won't pay a dime for this.
Also this:

2 dimensional? howsabout dimension x?

Makes zero sense.
Ya dig?
Jollem - 7/16/2014, 8:51 PM
@Succthis - you fear? be not afraid. i don't care if you want to see this or not. the neutrinos are from dimension x. get it now? probably not
NuclearMan - 7/16/2014, 8:51 PM
Being a skateboarder, that lair is impossible to skate
DocDangerous - 7/16/2014, 8:55 PM
I can't wait for this movie. Love me some ninja turtles.
Succthis - 7/16/2014, 9:01 PM
@ Jollem

You, sir, are troll bait.

Fear?
Afraid?
Of what, you?
Of this movie, yes.

When I speak of "2 dimensions" ...hmmm heres a quote:

"The three different dimensions. In a 1 dimensional space you would be able to see forward and backwards but not up/down or to the sides. Imagine like a infinitely thin thread. In a 2 dimensional world you would be able to see in front/behind and to the sides but not up or down. It would be like a piece of paper. We live in a three dimensional world. You can see up/down, infront/behind, and to the sides. The term "0th dimension", "dimension 0", etc., can refer to an infinitely small point in space, like a point on the thread earlier described."

This is an analogy referring to time, effort, thought, creativity and substance in a piece of work. To call a piece of work "2 dimensional" is a descriptor of the lack of these things. Meaning the creator of said piece of work didn't see all the angles (ie up/down, only in front/behind). Things are missing (from what I've seen so far) to call this "piece of work" anything but a sub-par cash grab.

get it now? probably not
Jollem - 7/16/2014, 9:20 PM
dimension x was a play on two dimensional. dimension x has to do with the turtles. this article is about the turtles. do you understand yet?
Doppelganger - 7/16/2014, 9:51 PM
Thanks for giving us the link to this site.
