New ANT-MAN Set Pics Feature TI & Another Look At Michael Douglas As 'Hank Pym'

Recently rapper/actor TI (real name Clifford Harris Jr.) revealed that he'd be playing a "superhero's homeboy" during an interview, and now you can get a look at him on the Atlanta set of Marvel's Ant-Man in costume...or at least, a costume!

In addition to another snap of Michael Douglas looking dapper as Hank Pym, we have our first look at the character TI will play in Peyton Reed's Ant-Man. All we previously had to go on was that he'd be playing a "superhero's homeboy", suggesting he'd be a friend of Scott Land (Paul Rudd), but do these images tell a different story? Probably not! What's most likely the case here is that TI's character is posing as a Pym Technology security guard/maintenance worker to help Lang do...something. The Daily Mail report that he climbs "into a police vehicle in one scene as he spoke into a radio receiver."

Dressed down: TI was wearing blue overalls while filming his scene

Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man stars Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Corey Stoll, Evangeline Lilly, David Dastmalchian, Michael Pena, Bobby Cannavale, Abby Ryder Fortson, Judy Greer, Wood Harris, John Slattery and Gregg Turkington with TI. The film will release July 17, 2015
