We've seen a couple of promos for the upcoming mid-season final of the CW's Arrow already, but this Asian TV ad contains all new footage, and offers a teasing glimpse of the costume Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) will don to "protect the people" of Star City as The Atom.

RA'S AL GHUL GIVES OLIVER AN ULTIMATUM; DINAH LANCE PAYS LAUREL A VISIT - Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) returns to Starling City and tells Oliver (Stephen Amell) that her father, Ra's al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable) has given Oliver 48 hours to find Sara's killer or the League of Assassins will start killing the citizens of Starling City. Laurel (Katie Cassidy) is stunned when her father (Paul Blackthorne) delivers a very special Christmas gift - her mother, Dinah (guest star Alex Kingston). Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) tries to make amends with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Oliver sets a meeting with Ra's al Ghul. Thor Freudenthal directed the episode written by Jake Coburn & Keto Shimizu (#309).

@Sipprelle,

Marc Guggenheim said in an interview that he wouldn't shrink on Arrow, so my guess is that the suit might allow him to become some version of the "OMAC" monster from DC comics with enhanced speed, strength, and agility. I can't really see any other reason for the whole OMAC and Brother Eye thing to be included. I also think the suit looks great, but is missing the helmet piece.

I'm sure there must've been a mistake, the last tease of the ATOM suit looked nothing like the one we see here

This is rapidly turning into a version of Smallville, except rather than focusing on Superman its focusing on a Batman-like character in the form of 'Arrow'

As such i would'nt be suprised if it starts dividing the fans as much as Smallville as the seasons progress. Personally i stopped liking the characters during series 1.

- Laurel Lance is an undecisive blank slate who flicks between love interests
- Roy Harper is a straight-up a-hole who just acts rather than thinking
- Thea Queen is a moron who makes everything about her and barely ever thinks about others.

The only character i actually enjoyed for a while was Oliver during the flashbacks to the Island - as since coming back he is just boring.

Doesn't he know the arrow protects strarling??? Tryna slide in on Ollie's city, really. Looks nothing like the hologram we saw. I can start to see how te show may divide some fans soon. It's losing it's grip

I was so pumped when I saw the Atom hologram design, so I hope this is just the prototype version. Marc Guggenheim said in a interview last week that the Atom suit wasn't done yet and that was after production on this episode was finished.

Watching this promo makes me think Thea killing Sara is pretty much confirmed. Siblings share half of each others DNA. If the DNA showed Oliver and he didn't do it, it has to be Thea. Looking like a Malcolm vs Ra's finale fight next year

yeah, most likelly a placeholder, but still why not just use the hologram design instead of the chinese stealth suit of Fallout 3 is what gets me confused, I don't think they have the right to use that on tv, also wh even show that in the firstplace lol
