Bryan Singer Tweets New X-MEN: DOFP Production Still

Along with a hint that we'll see some footage at this year's Comic Con! The pic itself will be familiar to fans of the other X-Men movies - it appears to be a practical set for the hallway leading up to the entrance to Cerebro in the X-Mansion..

Not quite as revealing as the shot of Professor Xavier's wheelchairs from yesterday, but another familiar sight for X-fans all the same. It seems we can also expect to see some footage from X-Men: Days Of Future Past at SDCC in July..






Singer has begun to reveal a little more about the direction the movie will take recently, and we also learned that we have our main baddie in the form of Peter Dinklage, although we're still not sure who he'll play (Boliver Trask is rumored). Singer has also said that there are still a few more actors from the previous movies to commit to reprising their roles, so keep an eye on CBM for updates.

Maybe they'll actually do something badass with Cyclops. He's definitely gotten a raw deal the first three films. I doubt it, though.

The article mentions that SInger said that there are still some more actors from the original trilogy coming back...is that true? He didnt post it on Twitter...

Cyclops under Singer is a major pussy.

He's better off in the comics where he is portrayed true to the character.
Its going to be another Wolverine show anyway.

I think it'd be a bad idea to bring Cyclops back - we already know from Singer's track record that he sees Wolverine as the main character in ALL X-Men movies, and DOFP is a storyline in which Wolverine actually IS the main character (along with Shadowcat), so we can guarantee that if Cyclops returns then he'll still be a worthless character. Even if they use the young Cyclops and Jean, they'll still be worthless characters.

Blast from the past. We saw the exact same type of pictures from the set of the first X-Men film. I can't remember where I saw them. I'm sure it was from a set visit by online sites.

I'm sure with all the time Travel stuff they will give us a proper "X-men universe" even with all the mistakes and faults... I enjoyed all the x-men films ....even origins but its dead last for many reasons. Only if we got a live action 90's cartoon film ....if only...

That can work since marsden is a douche bag in real life and he might be "im to big for does roles". To be honest I really don't care who's Cyclops but we need him in this movie and a more justified character then he was in the previous xmen films. Oh on second thought of Marsden, bring him back. He has star power and talent. He was also the first guy who said they can do so many xmen movies based on the universe. F yeah for Marsden to return as Cyclops.

If the story is right please bring back James Marsden as Cyclops. I think he can push to be passionate for this roles since he was in an interview saying what is real about the las Xmen.

I mean, at the end of First Class, Xavier had just purchased the X-Mansion.

Famke Janssen must rise again in X-men Days of Future Past 2014 Movie, because she died as Phoenix who turned into Dark Phoenix in X-men 3 Last Stand, now she is reincarnated as White Phoenix of the Crown, her all powers are more powerful than she did before as Dark Phoenix in X-men 3 Last Stand, Jean Grey's Story isn't end until Dark Phoenix it's still further about White Phoenix of the Crown !! we always hope Bryan Singer see all of us in this fans comic book movie....

Mr. Sinister and Apocalypse would be the PEFECT follow up to Days of future past.

As a sequel after Last Stand/Days of future past events, with the full original cast.

to have Cyclops, Storm, Gambit, Wolverine, Rogue, Nightcrawler and company and Mr. Sinister and Apocalypse as the main villains would be EPIC.

The whole cast and the iconic villains = WIN WIN
