@ Grif this is a WB movie great way to lock him in for many years, and that would be a big time career. Obviously the Executives at WB saw great acting in MOS to be offering or at least talking to him on other gigs.....

Oh please, Cavill can juggle this (and any other film) while fulfilling any commitments to DC/WB. It's called scheduling. They have people for that now.

Remember how you couldn't throw a rock without hitting two or three Christian Bale films amid the Batman Trilogy (The New World, The Prestige, Terminator Salvation, I'm Not There, Rescue Dawn, The Fighter, Public Enemies)? It's not rocket surgery.

Its a better situation then Downey doing Sherlock Holmes and Helmsworth doing
Snow White and the Huntsman because its all one studio. Its not like Helmsworth who is getting any money doing Marvel films.Those bastards act like playing Thor is Oscar level work. This is WB.They frickin pay their actors and offer the chance for critical acclaim.

Giving Cavill another big time gig is the perfect way to keep him happy with WB for years to come because he won't get burned out like Marvel does to their talent.

Can you smell the fear from Intruder? That guy is no longer talking about if MOS will be a hit is he?

He should worry about his hack studio being unable to hold onto a composer for Thor 2.

He's an actor, not the director. Actors have like a 3 month commitment to a film...maybe a little post production work after. Directors are the ones that are tied to a project from start to finish.

Plenty of time to do other stuff. RDJ did Sherlock Holmes between Iron Mans/Avenger flicks for instance.
