To be fair, yes, this was posted a few days ago, but Khan didn't update the article to say that it was confirmed by Collider and didn't include Snyder's quote, which was shown on page 2 of his article.

Honest mistake on Ror's part. I would've made the same one if I didn't see it and if I was in his shoes.

Ror, it was on page 2 of Khan's article that you linked. He just didn't update the article's main body to have it say that it was confirmed , which he should have.

Don't see this as a confirmation of a shared universe. Metropolis was mentioned in a Batman movie (I'm not sure which one it was, maybe Batman Forever) before and Gotham was mentioned in (I think it was) Superman Returns without any characters actually crossing over.

Referencing Gotham City in a film isn't the same as acknowleging the actual existance of Bruce Wayne or Batman in that continuity. This is much more significant.

And far as it not meaning a crossover based on similar nods such as in Superman Returns; Superman Returns had it's sequel deaded because of an issue between Singer and Warner. So of course nothing happened there.

Besides, people like myself find the reference cool just the same. A Bats/Super movie would be awesome but first things first. People can't enjoy a little nod to Batman?

This is cool but it's very minute compared to marvels, events in different marvel movies have been known to directly effect each other cap/hulk for example or im2/Thor, while it will be cool to see the Wayne enterprises logo in Mos I would have rather seen a direct refference to batman like a mention of him or something. After all a logo is only that, a logo. Like in firefly in the pilot episode, the gun that nation Fillion is using has the weyland yutani logo on it, that dosent mean it takes place in the same universe as alien
