Anybody having CBM issues? I can't view the website through my wifi but on the 4G on my phone it's good to go. Did I mess up Big G? Been that way since Friday night. My IP address bring up a red flag?

@QuietStorm, it's been acting up on my phone too. Anyways, this is so cool. As sad as this is, it makes me so happy there's people out there like this, making it easier on these poor children. Those people and the children are the real superheroes.

Best post of the day!

Awesome story... putting Superheroes to actual good use where they are helping kids learn and come to terms with cancer. More projects like this need to happen in life!

Whoever dropped the 'p'bomb with the first comment on this article is an absolute tw*t.

Thanks for the input guys.

And this is awesome, my wife is a nurse and she's been trying to get her hospital to let them wear super hero scrubs on her floor.

Really tugs at your heart strings. Having a child with a life threatening condition is on of the most painful things a parent can go through.

I really gotta say...I love DC/Wb for doing this. First with their hunger initiative with the Justice League, the themes to the Movies (V for Vendetta, TDK and MOS), and now this. It really give the comic book industry a new level of credibility as its no longer "children entertainment". They are very aware of their responsibility with these iconic characters. They are meant to be inspirational not just to children but for all of us.

Amazing. I can't imagine how strong these kids have to be, but as a kid, this would definitely make things a little brighter for me. That artwork/animation was dope too. Were those actual DC guys? Guess they'd have to be, drawing DC characters in a commercial capacity. doi

I don't know about this. I get the idea behind it, and I guess it's kind of cute, but when the "Superman juice", ends up giving you the power of constant illness, fatigue, puking all day, inability to eat, and hair loss, that's gonna be a little hard to explain to your kid.
I would like to see superhero licensed orthopedic products though. Like Superhero themed wheelchairs, walkers, artificial limbs, eye patches, cast covers, etc.

An interesting and sweet idea, to be sure. Let's just hope no kids want Rorschach or Dr. Manhattan labelled ones, however.

i support anything to give these kids strength. more important mental strength

I see how pancreatic cancer is effecting my mother and I can only imagine a child going through that

These people's hearts and minds are in the right place for doing this, and I hope they continue to do more of this with other projects. The children in such a situation such as getting chemotherapy need things like this to keep their hopes.

May God be with these children's soul and hearts, and may He be with the children's parents, as well. I can't imagine the pain and the suffering that they go through. My thoughts and prayers go out to them, and I thank the people for putting this project together. God bless them.

Stay EPIC and God bless, my friends...

Finally something WB & DC did that I approve of. I'd say Marvel should jump on board too but they don't have very good history with medical formulas (Hulk, Lizard, Morbius,Red Skull, Etc)

The thought is amazing. Though i'm wondering if it's such a good idea to go out of our way to make children believe these things.

Maybe i'm just not a kid enough and a bit paranoid. In the end, if it helps them, good !

fantastic story; i hope more hospitals can do this; there's not enough that can be done to help children / families in these situations.
