My source say that when Baby Kal is in his rocket and on his way to Earth.....in the distance....we can see green flashes indicating GL's are fighting a force/enemy hence why they do not detected the ship on his journey. No GL's can be seen only flashes in space.

This may also be a nod that there are GL in this universe.

One of CBM members mentioned that.....Why did the GL's not help to save Krypton.

This is my theory.....

Krypton may have agreement with the Guardians as they are advanced civilisation that do not need protecting. In young Justice cartoons.....this same thing was discussed with The Reach invasion.

I can definitely see it.

Only way they should hint at the GL's is a very obsure reference only fanboys would understand. Like, Jor-El playing around on some computers and a picture of Oa pops up. Nothing beyond that. The other easter egg is more than enough to tide me over.

It pretty much canon (or used to be pre 52) that Bruce and Clark look very similar. They have even doubled for each other in various 'protecting secret identity' tomfoolery.

Henry and Matt Bomer looked fairly alike, all chiselled and handsome and the like, so he would be a good fit looks-wise.
