It's still odd to me how Toro turned down the role of Khan in Star Trek Into Darkness, but he jumped right on for Guardians of the Galaxy. The cast for that film is one of the most collaborative, eccentric list of people I've ever seen.

Anyways, so now we know we're getting a Guardians of the Galaxy drop in Thor (One where Toro is seemingly pissed off, wonder if we'll get that rumored Strange cameo as well...

Slightly off topic. I was thinking about how they will do Thanos' voice. I hope its something similiar to Heimdall's.

Transcript from the video:

"No, I'm sorry, I cannot tell you if I have a fight scene with weapons in Thor: The Dark World. However, I can tell you I have an intense scene with Benicio Del Toro, who has just been recently cast in another, future film, and who's presence in my film has been kept on the down-low... Until now... *Wink*"

Unintentional trolling at it's finest!

haha, a lot of these older actors don't know the situation with not revealing cameos and stuff. He probably just figured everyone knew he was part of the cast.

Russell killed it with his portrayal of the Blackfish in GoT. He was badass.
Looking forward to his Tyr in Thor 2, though I imagine it'll be a smaller role in the overall scheme of things.

He doesn't come out and say BdT is definitely in it. He just comments that he has acted with him before.

@ezio619

That's what I was thinking as well though it doesn't seem like he was thinking of another movie. Also the Wolfman was directed by Joe Johnston who directed Captain America: The First Avenger. It also stars Benicio Del Toro who's in Guardians of the Galaxy, Emily Blunt who Marvel originally wanted for Black Widow, Sir Anthony Hopkins who plays Odin, Hugo Weaving who played the Red Skull in Captain America and of course Clive Russell who plays Tyr in Thor: The Dark World. Interesting that.

I want an ongoing after-credits continuity that makes me get excited for the next marvel movie in the line up. Taht's why these scenes are here, right? As of right now, we don't know where Iron Man stands, but I'm sure he will be a part of GotG since he was thrown into the comics, but it makes sense for Thor's continuity to cross over as well. I guess. I don't know.
