SDCC '13: Watch The Panels For X-MEN: DOFP & THE WOLVERINE

You've seen a few pics and read the descriptions, now see the entire (almost an hour long) video for both James Mangold's The Wolverine and Bryan Singer's Days Of Future Past..minus the movie footage of course!

One of the most talked about things from this year's Comic-Con was the X-Men: Days Of Future Past panel, which saw all the stars from the past and future teams -- along with a few new faces -- join director Bryan Singer and moderator Geoff Boucher on stage to field fan questions. Unfortunately we don't have the (apparently incredible) footage from the movie that was screened, but if it does happen to pop up online we'll get it to you as fast as ever.

ekrolo2 - 7/22/2013, 11:19 AM

Try pirate bay, I got the whole first ep of Legend of Korra from it :)
TheRationalNerd - 7/22/2013, 11:20 AM

I kind of expected there to be no footage.

However I just know that someone has the screened footage under a name no one would ever think of.

I remember at the 2010 or 2011 Comic Con when they had that secret footage from Captain America: The First Avenger. I searched for that footage for months man, but sadly it was never posted.

If anyone out there is reading this comment...

How long does it take before they release the footage from the films?
ElDarkside - 7/22/2013, 11:23 AM
Ok I didn't watch this either, but the sentinel head and photos released of the team and footage in tv spots for wolverine has me very confident that fox has fixed their shit and gotten back to telling good stories, not just mishmash dialogue and good fight scenes... Lookin at u x3 n borigins

Wolverine and DOFP are gonna both kill it!!!
Luigi - 7/22/2013, 11:32 AM

I need to see the footage, c'mon!
Just one look at Blink!

In my opinion, this was by far the best panel. The cast interactions even now was mindblowing and fantastic. Honestly I'd recommend everyone watch it for the laughs alone.

Also, Fassbender pretty much confirmed he will be Quicksilvers father, in case there were any doubts.

My favorite lines

"My favorite part of this movie is knowing that I once looked like James McAvoy" - Patrick Stewart

"I came to Comic Con to find a husband. Michael (Fassbender), you interested?" - Ian McKellan

"He's fast and a bit of a spaz" - Quicksilver to which Fassbender replies "He's got great genes".

Hugh Jackmans favorite X-Men? Deadpool. I roared with the audience hearing Wolverine say that.

I butchered some of these but damn, fantastic panel.
ballstothewall - 7/22/2013, 11:51 AM
@TheLogan Yeah exactly. What was it? I think they never did anounced this "Big Surprise" at Comic Con.
scmittydude - 7/22/2013, 11:52 AM

gambgel - 7/22/2013, 12:01 PM
Cant wait to see the teaser. And yeah, to see Blink on the big screen!! apparently she looks straight from the comics
BarackObama - 7/22/2013, 12:05 PM
shit movies
CherryBomb - 7/22/2013, 12:11 PM

Great panel!
It really makes me very sentimental to see the old cast, I grew up watching the X-Men films and sure, now I'm older I see the faults in them, but back then I was obsessed with the special effects, the characters and everything about them. So it's so cool to see everyone back!

Although, I wish James Marsden and Famke Janssen were there :( they were my favourite parts of the movies.

Shit Politician
CherryBomb - 7/22/2013, 12:15 PM

@gambgel Her powers are very "visual" and so is her look! So I really wanna see her come to life!

I really wanna know why Fan Bingbing wasn't there!
jimoakley666 - 7/22/2013, 12:17 PM
Yeah, I really REALLY wanna see that footage from the movie.
CaptainProg - 7/22/2013, 12:19 PM
Boring! MCU and DCCU FTW!
deamon - 7/22/2013, 12:22 PM
So true!

This was best panel at Comic Con 2013.
CherryBomb - 7/22/2013, 12:26 PM

Omari Sy looks so much like Bishop!
and wow, his arms are HUGE, Ellen Page is a small girl and she looks even smaller next to him,

"We're basically taking the things from the comics for the movies that we need and can use. A lot of stuff has to fall by the wayside." - Joss Whedon

"Nothing can be translated exactly as it was from the comics." - Joss Whedon

All I care about in this movie is that Wolverine looks to have a costume on.

Yea the man definitely has the chops to play the role.

It does seem like that, I'm guessing he'll have it down packed for the film. It seems like everyone just flowed with their natural accents onstage! lol
Luis75 - 7/22/2013, 1:02 PM
I hope if they have another X-men movie after X-men DOFP,they start promoting Cyclops and Storm who have a massive following in the X-men comics.
TheRationalNerd - 7/22/2013, 1:05 PM
Also I'd like to add that I was highly disappointed that none of the audience members even thought of asking about the costumes.

However I must say that I was relieved when Singer stated how Quicksilver's costume will look 70's due to the fact that the film is actually set in that time period.

Gambit: Hopefully Singer really thinks this through and brings Gambit back for a sequel (Age of Apocalypse film)

No one mentioned Cyclops. :( But everyone is speaking about how James Marsden flew down to Montreal where the film was filming so I'm a little excited for that. Even though Cyclops is meant to be dead it will be pretty neat seeing how the older Scott will be introduced.

Everyone remember the younger actor who was just recently cast who looks similar to Marsden???

BTW look at these cool new Days of Future Past posters I just found online!

CaptainObvious - 7/22/2013, 1:10 PM
The footage for Days of Future Past put it at the top spot of my most anticipated films of 2014. Also, here is the track that played during the trailer:
