I liked Wang Lee Hom in LUST CAUTION directed by Ang Lee as well as LITTLE BIG SOLDIER with Jackie Chan. So I'm looking forward to seeing him as a comic book hero.

An Asian superhero on the big screen? Hell Yeah! I would be more hopeful if this movie was being written by someone who was involved with one of the first three Bourne movies.

I did really enjoy Real Steel though.

Stan Lee gets my respect due to his involvement in the origin of mainstream comics, but simply because he released some 'recent' material (90's? 2000's?? I have no fcckin clue), and it's being made into a movie with some guy no one in the Western world know's who the fcck he is, I should suddenly bow down and suck on the tit of this production?

Not this guy. Everything about it seems lame, and I am comfortable saying that.

Until the Chinese can see what I write on this site, these comments shall stand. Liberate Tibet and the oppressed! Would love to see China make that movie though :)

Stan Lee is an icon, but Stan Lee of today isn't relevant in the world of comic writing. Any press he receives for recent work is because he's 'The Man', NOT due to quality of current work. But do I like the shit out of him? Absolutely. Would I buy recent Stan Lee written work? Not a chance.

Chinese involvement. China requires strategic partnership on movies / business whatever comes into their country. Why do they do that? To maintain control and flat out lie to their own people with propaganda. I love the people, but China as a communist country? Not so much.

Two reasons why I don't give a fcck about this. My opinion, and I'm satisfied with it :)
