I love Sam Rockwell but remaking this movie with this director and a script from the guy who wrote OZ:TGAP? I know nothing about Monster House but OZ was a steaming pile of flying monkey sh*t.

Some things are just not meant to be touched. I think whoever is going to play Carol has some really huge shoes to fill. Pretty sad how that little girl passed away at such a young age.

I actually think a Poltergeist remake could be really good. As much of a classic the original is I think it is kind of campy to today's standards. Just don't [frick] it up.

Why?

What I mean is, why is Rami dickin' around? I wanna see his remake of The Graduate. That under-the-leg shot was framed all wrong. He could do MUCH better.
And who told William Friedkin that Max von Sydow could act? Rami needs to do a reboot and fix that shtuff!

No way in hell will this movie even come close to the original. Rockwell is a good actor, but there's no need to remake this movie. This movie gets remade enough as it is, it just gets different names i.e. Insidious, The Conjuring etc.
