No to the solo Kitty Pryde movie for me! lol

We should have a solo Cyclops film. There's a lot of interesting details about the summers family. It would be a great way to get fans both old and new more enthusiastic about how far Cyclops has come. I only read a few age of apocalypse comics and watched many episodes of the 90's X-Men and it was those two pieces that caused me to have a change of heart when it came to the idea of a Cyclops origin film.

I'm also looking forward to the Magneto solo film Fox is working on. I'd love to see some more explanation towards Magneto's relationship with his offspring a and possibly the involvement with him and Genosia. It can be a very movable film to make fans see why Mags isn't just an antagonist but a dark activist!

I've been wondering though, couldn't Magneto or Professor X go back in time. I mean, they were born in that time, they know the mistakes they made and how to fix them. Why not just send them both back in time and persuade their younger selves not to do what they did?

Love Ellen Page, and I feel so proud to have her on my fave franchise.

A solo movie is 99% unlikely, but I hope Fox and Singer have plans for more team movies with Ellen on board again.

The more Kittty the better! (and the less Wolverine too, maybe next time...)

But I am excited for DOFP. Should be good. Just don't [frick] up the sentinels and I hope Singer remembered that this is/should be more of a sequel to first class than X-men last stand. In the SDCC trailer, the future characters were too much in the spotlight.

I'm saying that Beast is probably DEAD in the future timeline! So how can he time travel if there's a Hugh possibility that he's dead. Unless you're referring to a 70's beast time traveling to the future I guess I can see what you're saying, after all Macoy is very intelligent. And Bishop is actually one who travels in time in the 90's cartoon but I believe Forge helped him go back in time.

Beast may be alive during X-Men: The Last Stand but who is to say he didn't die between the aftermath of that film and the beginning of future past. And besides the original Days of Future Past comic had neither Wolverine or Bishop travel to the past. So due to the fact that Singer created a universe where Kitty isn't born yet it kind of bites him back. However Wolverine is a very interesting choice because its a new approach and I don think the spot light will be mainly on him it'll be a mixture of him Young Prof.X, Mags and Mystique with a pinch of all the other X-Men suffering in the future!

Professor X's mind is too powerfull.

Kitty isn't born yet neither is Bishop.

Wolverine's an ageless character, so he actually makes the most sense.

The Beast is only dead if its written that way, it is already different fron the original story so making it Beast would just be one more change. Making it Logan for this is just as big of a change as it is.

They could make it anyone who exists from the 70's and simply write them alive and kicking in the future.

It would have been more interesting to me if they would have even made it Mystique.

It's obvious they are just centering on Logan, that's the only reason.

Honestly, I never liked her as Kitty. Page can do better with a good script, I'm sure. We've only seen her as Kitty in X3 and that was a very weak film. Who knows, maybe after DOFP the road is open for more films with the original cast.

I don't think they could pull off a Kitty Pryde solo movie, but an X-Men film with her as one of the leads? Hell yes. Whedon's Astonishing X-Men is arguably a Kitty Pryde story, and an amazing one. This is one of those cases where I honestly think Whedon would be the best man for the job (NOT directing though, he's a much stronger writer that director). And his contract with Marvel is up in 2015. It won't happen, but a man can dream.

People deffeding Wolverine as the only possible option doesnt have a [frick]ing clue about all the possibilities of Time travel.

Bishop, Cable and many other mutants have time traveled many times in the comics, and mind travel is NOT the only option. Even Blink can open portals to other universes, so they could have used her as a time traveler if they wanted.

Kitty should have had a big role in this movie, not Wolverine, that has had two solo movies and was the main character in all the trilogy. This is TOO MUCH. Its gettting really boring and repetitive.

Fox and directors just doesnt care too much about the other x-men and seem to be Obsesed with Wolverine, when there are many other characters much more interesting and powerfull than him.

It would be really cool to get the original team in an X-Men reboot with no Wolverine.. Just Cyke, Jean, Beast, Angel, Iceman & Professor X.. Introduce other characters in the sequels and build from there.. It'll never happen but I would love to see it..
