Almost Human is a high-tech, high-stakes action drama set 35 years in the future, when police officers are partnered with highly evolved human-like androids. An unlikely partnership is forged when a part-machine cop (Urban) is forced to pair with a part-human robot (Ealy) as they fight crime and investigate a deeper cover-up in a futuristic new world.

Almost Human airs on Fox in the US on November 17th, with a UK broadcaster to be announced.

I think this looks really good. Karl Urban presence alone is a big draw for me. Had high expectations for Agents of Shield but that show has been terrible so far so i'm not holding my breath.

Ok so i just watched this trailer and have to say that the writing along with a great cast and solid looking production looks way better than AOS by far. Hate to troll AOS but so disappointed by it so far.

I hated Alien Nation and the movie with James Caan sucked too.

supermarioworldE - 10/22/2013, 8:31 AM
It's the closest we'll get to a dredd sequel.

Better than ALL cbm shows out right now. Still, many series do good trailers.
SpideyQuad - 10/22/2013, 9:46 AM
It's perfect for Fox, no history therefore nothing for them to "Fox up"

I saw this trailer on the TV at the gym and couldn't believe it was a show. Production values are top-notch for a TV show and it has two solid film actors in the lead- one being Karl Urban who everyone seems to loves so much.

My first thought was how incredible it looked compared to SHIELD. Then I thought about the drooling, douchebag fanboys attacking me for saying so, so I didn't.

soforizo and rebellion did tho. Watch your backs lol

patrat18 - 10/22/2013, 10:12 AM

Top notch production values for a network show. Not surprising since JJ did it with Fringe.

Can't wait for this show. Also written by the same writer from Fringe.

Well then
maninfinesuit - 10/22/2013, 1:39 PM
Looks like it could be good. I'll be surprised if it makes it, though.
j2cool2 - 10/22/2013, 8:20 PM
this looks cool but 2048!?? all that only 30 years from now when we don't have a robot or AI close to that for it to be even remotely in the foreseeable future. Really?
