This type of movie... It's not one to go see with the GF, but I don't think it's one to go see with the guys either... Just sort of the one where you go and say, "1 for Sin City 2" and go sit by yourself and feel uncomfortable. Which is totally fine by me.

I was obsessed with Devon Aoki in Sin City and was so excited when it was announced she was reprising her role :(
I'm happy she had another baby, but it's still a shame with the timing of it all.
Either way, Jamie Chung is flawless.

Isn't Devon Aoki pregnant or something and that's the reason she isn't appearing in A Dame to Kill For? Hell... they just casted the first film perfectly. I'm so sad Brittany Murphy and Michael Clark Duncan can't be back for this one. I always say that, but it's so very true.

What!!! Aoki isn't coming back, Shame she was bad ass in the first film. Let's see what Chung brings to the table! Can't wait for the sequel to come out, Easily my most anticipated CBM movie of the year followed by X-Men:DOFP.

It honestly doesn't matter who they cast.
For a character that's in the shadows most of the time and who is essentially Frank Miller's token "Hot (asian) prostitute, they're interchangeable.

Because it only cost a mere $40 million to make and yet made over $158 million worldwide including that $75 million in the US recouping all its $40 million budget back with another $35 million on top of that to boot. It also was a very successful home video performer worldwide and insanely well received at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival among all on panel of judges and critics alike.
