FAN MADE: Awesome Minimalist Poster For THE DARK KNIGHT RISES

Once again proving that the average Joe can outdo any movie marketing dept we have this great fan made poster for Christopher Nolan's final Bat flick featuring Bane and Batman himself..

The poster was made by RyanLuckoo over at Deviant Art. Be sure to stop by and give him some props. I love these minimalist or retro style (whatever you want to call em) posters and wish Hollywood would take a queue from them from time to time instead of the usual posing, Photoshoped messes we tend to get for our one sheets. I think this is one of the best we have seen anyway.Here are small and large versions so you can see the entire pic without scrolling down.

Very cool. I like imaginitive posters like this. I miss old school retro posters that featured cool artist's paintings depicting characters and story elements from the film. Like the Indiana Jones films of The original Star Wars trilogy. Once in a while you'll see them but not enough in my opinion. I'm sick of badly photoshoped posters with close-ups of actors faces. I think that's boring.
