Charles Dance is a veteran of British stage and screen but is probably best known to American audiences for roles in For Your Eyes Only and Alien 3. He also played the villain in Last Action Hero but the less said about that the better. More recently he played the patriarch of the Lannister clan, the wealthy and ruthless Lord Tywin in HBO's Game Of Thrones. In an interview with Attention Deficit Delirium Dance discusses his upcoming roles in Neverland and Underworld: Awakening as well as reprising the role of Tywin in the next season of Game Of Thrones. We have heard a rumor that HBO have given the go ahead to a third and fourth season of the show although there has been nothing official on this. Here Dance seems to confirm a third season at least..

We finished [filming] season two. I think that will air in February or March of next year, and we will start shooting season three in May or June of next year.

Now he is off by a month on season 2's air date which is April. But it certainly sounds as if he is certain on the season 3 filming at some point anyway. Now anyone who has read George R.R Martin's novels will already know the following but for those that haven't it is a pretty major spoiler about Dance's character. So if you don't mind knowing, read on..

SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER

Devotees of the books have told me that I have a very spectacular death, not next season but possibly the season afterwards. I’m not going to tell you what that is, but it’s a death scene the like of which I’ve never had before anyway.

Spectacular is certainly one way of putting it. Disgusting is another. But I won't go into that here! For the full interview click the link below.
