Hot off the heels of the announcement that Josh Dallas would not be returning to play Fandral in Thor 2, we have the news on his possible replacement. THR report that Chuck himself Zachary Levi is the man Marvel want to take over the role in the sequel to Kenneth Branagh's original, this time directed by Game Of Thrones' Alan Taylor.
Levi was originally up for the role back in 2010 anyway, but commitments to his tv show
Chuck kept him from it. Ironically enough it's the exact same situation - only his show is
Once Upon A Time - preventing Dallas from reprising. According to THR
"Levi’s talks are in at an early stage - negotiations have not yet begun, according to sources - but an offer is imminent."
