KICK-ASS 2 Facebook Page Online; First Title Banner Revealed

The upcoming sequel to Mathew Vaughn's Kick-Ass now has an official Facebook page. There's not much there just yet, but you can check out the first title-banner artwork for the movie..

Mark Millar just Tweeted a link to the official Facebook page for Kick-Ass 2. It's pretty sparse at the moment of course, but there is the first official title banner -- obviously nothing mind blowing -- which you can see below. Click on the image to visit the page..



Jeff Wadlow will direct Kick-Ass 2, which will begin shooting this September in Toronto and London. Aaron Johnson, Chloe Grace Moretz and Christopher Mintz-Plasse are all set to return, and we had our first cast addition in John Leguizamo the other day. A casting call has also gone out for the character "Mother Russia", so expect a bit of news on that soon enough.

KICK ASS is such a classic a film where you dont know whats gonna happen next...i hope its as good as the first

Awesome, hilarious, bloody and fun movie!!! Soooo glad they're finally making the sequel. Also a fan of the comics. They're alot different than the films, but, still, over the top fun!

-iron man 3
-man of steel
-the wolverine
-r.i.p.d

could be a blinding year.

Sunspot, yeah I found the comics much nastier and more cynical..I didn't like any of the characters, including Dave who I found to be a little prick most of the time. The movie had more of a sense of fun, and made everyone a bit more relatable. I love some of Millar's stuff but he tends to overindulge his love for gratuity and goes over the top just for the sake of it..as is evident in the sequel comics this movie will be based on.

@RorMachine, I get what your saying. I really liked the first Kick-Ass comic,thought it was really original at the time. The sequel left something to be desired. Pretty pointless. The movie was the best thing to come out of Millar's idea though. Hoping Kick-Ass 2 can live up to the first movie and not it's comic book counterpart.

I liked the first comic and loved the movie but I found that Kick-Ass 2 left a bad taste in my mouth. It was well written and drawn but it just felt so mean-spirited and unnecessarily brutal. There are plenty of books that put their characters through hell and they are still entertaining reads but it seems Millar made KA2 brutal for the sake of being brutal.

shit gonna have to turn this page to the peado page.... really people dont claim to be comic book fans and type that demon shit....as for KICKASS 2 coming out 2013 with MAN OF STEEL IRONMAN3 THOR 2 could be a better year then 2012......as for KICKASS top 5 CBM for me easily
