bakongo - 9/6/2011, 2:10 PM
Intruder voted for Adam West :P
marvel72 - 9/6/2011, 2:12 PM
Michael Keaton.
thatcoldblackcloud - 9/6/2011, 2:13 PM
Val kilmer?!?!?!?! Who?

how about "NONE OF THE ABOVE"?
KALel3412 - 9/6/2011, 2:18 PM
its between keaton, and the bb suit. how who was the best batman? keaton ftw !
Greengo - 9/6/2011, 2:19 PM
Someone's cheating.

But hey:

If your not cheating
Your not trying.

Bale, bale, bale, bale, bale, bale, bale, bale, bale, bale , bale, bale, bale, bale, bale, bale , bale ,
spang2005 - 9/6/2011, 2:21 PM
Had to go with Keaton over Bale b/c of the logo on the chest, specifically Keaton from Batman Returns. West was a good representation of the costume at the time and with the tone of the show. Kilmer and Clooney's costumes were created to sell sction figures.
SoapDogg - 9/6/2011, 2:27 PM
I don't think Michael Keaton was the best Batman and I don't think Jack Nicholson was the best Joker. I feel like they were both so off from who the characters truly are.
Pontius888 - 9/6/2011, 2:28 PM
Michael Keaton FTW.
OptimusPrimeTime - 9/6/2011, 2:29 PM
Why do I get the feeling, that when I look at this, Adam West is just the retarded kid in the corner who rolls up his doo doo into little balls and eats them, while Keaton, Kilmer, Clooney and Bale and out in the corner of the playground where teacher can't see, getting little Mary Sue to show them her tatters?

It's just a feeling.
MoumentheBatman - 9/6/2011, 2:34 PM
My vote's for Bale's TDK of course but FYI Keaton had two suits as well... and no they were not alike at all.
Cassidy75 - 9/6/2011, 2:35 PM
Three words....BATMAN DEAD END....
Growler - 9/6/2011, 2:36 PM
Keaton's costume represents the comics best, though maybe not his portrayal.
HelaGood - 9/6/2011, 2:36 PM
seriously??? Bale????? no freakin way!
SCOURGE - 9/6/2011, 2:39 PM
Keaton
Fogs - 9/6/2011, 2:42 PM
hahahaha 908 people never read a batman comic.

Bele? BALE? With the bobblehead and all? Are you [frick]in' serious?
Otisburg - 9/6/2011, 2:44 PM
I honestly think the Val Kilmer batsuit is the best one...(w/o nipples of course) but the suit itself was awesome!! even the utility belt.
RockNRollFrankenstein - 9/6/2011, 2:46 PM
Dark Knight costume sucked! It made him look like an action figure.
jjmeylar - 9/6/2011, 2:48 PM
TDK did the best in representing his more detective aspects. One thing: he blended in to the dark ((unlike Adam)) and the other thing is that his head turned really well ((unlike the rest of them)). People need to remember that he's not a super hero. He's a bloody detective.
CaptainDC - 9/6/2011, 2:50 PM
Went with the bat nipples...... jk!!!! Went with TDK obviously!
ThatFan - 9/6/2011, 2:53 PM
Althought The Dark Knight was the better film I liked the Batman Begins suit better. don't hate.
ThatFan - 9/6/2011, 2:54 PM
Although The Dark Knight was the better film I liked the Batman Begins suit better. don't hate.
RyanLantern77 - 9/6/2011, 2:55 PM
Begins suit rapes all others....
sexfoodcomics - 9/6/2011, 2:57 PM
Batman begins suit looks like he is going to go and diffuse a bomb, way to bulky. Tdk for the win.
OptimusBurgundyMaximus - 9/6/2011, 3:05 PM
keaton was 2 short

Begins was the best

for the first time ever on screen Batman actually looked scary
ThomasRochester - 9/6/2011, 3:07 PM
@tea TDK was the most agile and stealth while not being campy and grotesque, that is why I voted for it.
TimelessUnknown - 9/6/2011, 3:14 PM
Batman Begins because of the cowl. You can't beat the look of that costume.
thatiscrazy - 9/6/2011, 3:15 PM
Cant stand any of the ones where he couldn't turn his head. How can some one fight crime and not beable to turn his head? im just sayin folks... that means the only 2 worth a dam are Adam Wests or The Dark Knight. So obviously The Dark Knight wins!!!!!!!!!!!!
ForceOfLegend - 9/6/2011, 3:15 PM
I think the Begins suit best represented the character because they went into detail on each one of the suits characteristics. Explaining why he wears the suit. Rather than just wearing gray tights...Plus like many have said already. In Begins he was actually somewhat frightening. :)
TheOverlord - 9/6/2011, 3:16 PM
@thatiscrazy Agreed. (And I ALMOST voted for West...)
HarryBloodscreaming - 9/6/2011, 3:20 PM
Aesthetically, I think -- in a still photograph -- the Batman Begins suit looks best (aside from those great big brooches holding his cape on!) and most intimidating, but having a Batman who can turn his head buys so much good will from me that -- along with the fact that the sculpting of the face is more refined -- I have to go with TDK, with BB second.

Next is Adam West, for sentimental reasons. I'd wear that thing as jammies. After that comes Kilmer, then Clooney (hey, he looked like Batman/Wayne, not his fault about the movie). Keaton comes last, because he looks like a little person with a hollowed out rubber Batman statue jammed over his head.
fayzon10 - 9/6/2011, 3:21 PM
I think alot of you are confusing best suit for best movie, tdk was the best movie it's not even close but the question was what suit represented the caped crusader the best and that would have to be the Michael Keaton suit.
MattMan - 9/6/2011, 3:24 PM
What??? I am disappointed at how may people DIDNT vote for Adam West. Shame on you all....
vexfly - 9/6/2011, 3:28 PM
depends, are we voting which one we like the most or which one is most accurate?
TheBatman938865 - 9/6/2011, 3:29 PM
combine tdk and bb costumes...and that would be the most bad ass bat suit and who said Keaton..he couldn't even [frick]ing move..the whole shit was rubber looking lol
Moonwalker1991 - 9/6/2011, 3:44 PM
Classic wins.
superpooper - 9/6/2011, 3:46 PM
Keaton. You young guys missed out on that whole experience. It was pretty magical. Plus his Batmobile was far more "pimped" than that "thing" Nolan put Bale in. Yep. Keaton/Burton perfectly captured the whole Batman mythos aesthetically.
superpooper - 9/6/2011, 3:48 PM
Should do a poll on best Batmobile. Let's see who the Nolanites vote for then....
MoumentheBatman - 9/6/2011, 3:51 PM
If you want the best batsuit combine The Dark Knight's with Batman Returns' (without the yellow oval of course) and you got the ultimate batsuit!
