Bear McCreary is an American composer and musician living in Los Angeles, California. He is best known for his work on the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica television series and for the TV series The Walking Dead.

Clark Gregg reprises his role of Agent Phil Coulson from Marvel’s feature films as he assembles a small, highly select group of Agents from the worldwide law-enforcement organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Together they investigate the new, the strange, and the unknown across the globe, protecting the ordinary from the extraordinary. Coulson’s team consists of Agent Grant Ward (Brett Dalton), highly trained in combat and espionage, Agent Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen) expert pilot and martial artist, Agent Leo Fitz (Iain De Caestecker); brilliant engineer and Agent Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) genius bio-chemist. Joining them on their journey into mystery is new recruit and computer hacker Skye (Chloe Bennet). From Executive Producers Joss Whedon (“Marvel’s The Avengers,” ”Buffy the Vampire Slayer”); Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen, “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” pilot co-writers (“Dollhouse,” “Dr.Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog”); Jeffrey Bell (“Angel,” “Alias”); and Jeph Loeb (“Smallville”) comes Marvel’s first TV series. “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” is produced by ABC Studios and Marvel Television.

This guy rocks, even his S.H.I.E.L.D. score is pretty good!

Music is about the only thing I think this show has over Arrow. The quality of the music, that is. Arrow's music sounds synthesized, kinda like some late 90s shows (used to watch Stargate back in the day, and it had synthesized music).

Though I must say I am always jealous of anyone who creates music and gourmet dishes. To me those are the two things in life that can be enjoyed by anyone and it takes a lot of talent.
GUNSMITH - 1/7/2014, 11:10 AM
THEY PROLLY HAVE A WHOLE SECTION SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY HAVE A WHOLE ARMY OF "COULSONS" USED AS A BACK UP AGENT PRECAUTION JUST IN CASE THEY NEED MORE AGENTS THEY WOULD "WAKE" A COULSON SLEEPER. THEY PROLLY GOT DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF COULSON..FRIGG'N MEGA COULSON INFUSED WITH GAMMA RADIATION OR ROBO COULSON OR ANPHIBI-COULSON FOR UNDERWATER ADVENTURES..THE COULSON TWINS THAT ARE PSYCHICALLY LINKED

I remember that I found the music too superhero-ish. I don't even know what that means, but it's not bad. It's ok-ish.

He's not on level with Brian Tyler, Hans Zimmer, John Ottoman, Steve Jablonsky or Henry Jackman.

I'm not a fan of the AOS soundtrack.
