Please tell me that's recent interview footage of Mark Hamil. He looks in much better shape than a year or two ago.
NYCgeekDad - 4/1/2014, 10:41 AM
When was this Featurette shot? Is that Mark Hamill now, or 20 years ago? I am curious how much weight he lost for episode 7
HeadPool420 - 4/1/2014, 10:45 AM
New featurette? The copyright date at the end says 2004. I knew as soon as it started I saw this on the first DVD boxset release. Cool video just 10 years old.

REEEALLY need to confirm if that was 90's Mark Hamill, or Mark Hamill now. Because if that is Hamill NOW...then we should be hearing him confirmed for episode 7.
FerFogs - 4/1/2014, 11:06 AM
Yes, this video is quite old. It's from Ep. I or II DVD.
FerFogs - 4/1/2014, 11:07 AM
Awesome, though.

I really hope Eps. VII - VIII - IX are good.
ndwwrestler2 - 4/1/2014, 11:12 AM
@FerFogs Well if it is old, then it has to be from episode III, because of the footage at the end.
MexicanSuperman - 4/1/2014, 11:16 AM
Awesome video. I would like to see a Starwars film based on the origins of the Jedi.

@Indy

I know anything Star Wars gets us all excited, but take a breath for cryin' out loud! I couldn't tell where one sentence ended and another began.
ManofSteel23 - 4/1/2014, 11:25 AM
those [frick]ing yellow flashes from a new hope when obi wan and darth are fighting do my head in, I swear they never used to be on my VHS version lol
HeadPool420 - 4/1/2014, 11:31 AM
Yep just checked mine an if you break out the 2004 DVD box set release of the original trilogy of Star Wars and you can watch this video in the special features.
Indy - 4/1/2014, 11:35 AM
@EmoSpidey
LOL will do.
ManofSteel23 - 4/1/2014, 11:39 AM
I guess he had a good excuse story wise to make the lightsaber fights fasters and shit, in the case thats how they original intended and its just that luke was never taught to fight that way, I wonder how the fights will go down in episode 7
ruadh - 4/1/2014, 12:19 PM
This video was on the extra disc for the OT dvd set released 10 years ago. It's not new, Hamill still looks old, etc etc.
Rokyn - 4/1/2014, 12:52 PM
Best film franchise of all time
grifdeadpoolteabag - 4/1/2014, 1:21 PM
Jedi were envisioned as essentially samurai, so the original lightsaber choreography mimicked the type of fighting ronin would do with katana.

Everything was messed up in the prequels.
GodzillaKart - 4/1/2014, 1:25 PM
That sound guy is a [frick]ing genius. Star Wars has some of the best sound effects in film history.
GodzillaKart - 4/1/2014, 1:26 PM
Along with Godzilla's roar.
needles94 - 4/1/2014, 2:10 PM
this is not new. this was released with the special edition dvd's in 2004.
HanBurgundy - 4/1/2014, 3:39 PM
Did anyone else find themselves laughing out loud at 5:45 when Luke repeatedly nails darth vader in the face with his lightsaber prop, only to break it over the poor bastards helmet and then look back at camera as if to say "how was that take??"
