I can't picture Paramount selling off such a cash cow like 'Star Trek', but if they did it could be a whole LOT worse - instead of 'Pooh' Trek, would anyone want to imagine 'Star Trek Musical' (instead of 'High School Musical'). They could have Hanna Montana and the Jonas Brothers guest star as Romulans! Oh be still my qivering stomach... I think I'm going to be sick...

"Star Trek Musical"? THAT would be a great parody.

BAAAAAAAAAARF!!!!!! Have you heard EITHER Leonard Nimoy OR William Shatner 'sing'?!!! Even if they do it 'reboot' style (like the new film) with a whole new cast that actually COULD sing and dance, I'd rather clean all the bathrooms in Central Station... with my TONGUE that see/hear that potential nightmare! That's worse than... than... than a musical about Spiderman (god forbid that should ever come to pass... ;) )!

Altough, now that I think about it...'technically', shouldn't it be 'Starfleet Academy Musical' instead of 'Star Trek Musical' (keeping with the school theme). Hmmmm..... Bleeeechhhh....

Oh, "baaaaaaarf!!!!!" AND "Bleeeechhh..." are appropriate, but it doesn't mean it couldn't be funny in its awfulness. Anyway, I really don't expect anyone to rush a musical version into production, parody or not.

Let's thank our lucky stars for that!
