Marvel Studios’ Iron Man 3 pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

the one on the left of his right knee looks like the "heartbreaker suit". Deep Space suit next to his left shoulder. it has the same colors as the promo art.

Helmet could be on thou. Everyone knows for now that RDJ is Iron Man and beside it reads in the damn poster so why not give him the helmet. Always these dudes has to be posing without helmets and masks.

Still no helmet on ? That's just like The Avengers cover. We know that's Robert Downey Jr., we want to see Iron Man on the posters, not a half Tony/half Iron Man.

One thing for sure is all the Posters for this film, aside from the character posters COUGH**STANDING THERE WITH STORMY CLOUDS AS YOUR BACKDROP WITH SPARKS FLYING ACROSS YOU**COUGH, ALL THE POSTERS ON THIS FILM HAVE BEEN LEGIT! Whoever is working on the iron Man 3 Posters....YOU SIR, ARE THE MAN!!

it makes sense that they don't put the helmet in the posters

4 years ago, the general audience fell in love with rdjr., and not so much iron man

if they had rdjr. wear a helmet i think the general audience might get confused at this point :)

There are plenty of pictures and posters of Iron Man with his helmet on. Probably more so than with RDJ's face when you really think about it. For this movie in particular as in all genre movies it always makes sense to sell the star first. You always try to pull in the non Iron Man potential customers.
