Aquaman actor Jason Momoa where he states that he training for the Watchtower may indicate that the DCEU will use that facility as its base of operations for the metahumans
Batman and
Wonder Woman assemble.
In the comics, the Watchtower is located on the Moon but in more recent DC animated projects, the Watchtower is a floating satellite that orbits the planet and acts as a first line of defense against intergalactic threats. Similar to Tony Stark and Avengers Tower, Bruce Wayne typically foots the bill for the construction of the HQ.
