Marvel Heroes 2015 and an open Mac beta for the Windows PC game will launch June 4, Gazillion Entertainment announced today.
According to a press release from the developer, the release represents a "significant step forward" for the free-to-play massively multiplayer online game and will include "sweeping improvements" like new end-game raids and alternate progression paths. Next week's release coincides with the one-year anniversary of Marvel Heroes.
Gazillion released the trailer above this morning that teases features like legendary items, pets and Marvel characters including Gambit, Ghost Rider, Lady Loki and Surtur.
"Marvel Heroes 2015 nicely represents everything we have accomplished and intend to accomplish with one name," said CEO David Brevik, CEO. "We've come a very long way since our original launch a year ago, and the now imminent release of Marvel Heroes 2015alongside our massive anniversary celebrations marks the beginning of something even better."
